Knee bandage for stress relief

The seal plate stimulates specific points on the calf muscle, thereby beneficially affecting the nerves in the lower back and upper buttocks.

If necessary and in the absence of contraindications, you can enhance the effect of the magnetic field by replacing the sealing plate with a magnet (included in the kit).

Application

To attach the brace to the left leg, turn it so that the letter L is on top

Note: If you are attaching the brace to your right leg, rotate it so that the R is on top.

Place the brace under the left kneecap so that the buckle of the brace is on the outside of the leg

Make sure the seal plate fits snugly against the calf muscle on the inside of the leg

Note: To enhance the impact, replace the sealing plate with a magnet (included).

To do this, rip open the seam next to the seal, remove the plate, replace it with a magnet and sew it up again.

Tighten the brace so that it fits snugly against the leg, but does not overtighten

Fasten the Velcro, securing it to the part of the band located on the lower leg

Remove the bandage after 2 hours

Note: if you do not feel any discomfort from wearing the bandage after two hours, it can be worn a little longer.
