DESCRIPTION
The insecticide Klopoed is a water-soluble concentrate in the form of a light yellow to brown liquid.
COMPOSITION
Contains imidacloprid 18.1% as an active ingredient (DV) - a compound from the group of neonicotinoids, as well as emulsifiers, and a solvent.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
The product has an acute insecticidal effect against bedbugs, cockroaches, ants, fleas, flies and mosquito larvae. Residual activity persists for no more than 3-7 days.
In terms of the degree of impact on the body of warm-blooded animals when administered into the stomach, the agent belongs to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous, when exposed to the skin - to the 4th class of low-hazard agents according to GOST 12.1.007-76. Vapors of agents in saturating concentrations refer to moderately hazardous substances according to the Criteria for the selection of pest control agents. With a single contact with the skin, a weak local irritant effect was found. When exposed to the mucous membranes of the eyes, it causes a moderate irritant effect. No sensitizing effect.
The working solution (1.0-0.5%) does not irritate with a single contact with the skin; when exposed to the mucous membranes of the eyes, it has a weak irritant effect. According to the zone of acute biocidal effect, by wiping it belongs to the 3rd class of moderate hazardous substances, by the irrigation method - to the 2nd class of highly hazardous substances, according to the zone of subacute biocidal effect - to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous drugs according to the Classification of the degree of hazard of disinfectants. The SHEL of imidacloprid in the air of the working area is 0.5 mg / m3 (aerosol).
PURPOSE
The product is intended for the destruction of bedbugs, cockroaches, ants, fleas, flies and mosquito larvae at objects of various categories: in industrial and residential premises, in educational, administrative organizations, social security, trade enterprises, at public utility facilities (hotels, hostels, sports complexes, etc.), in the premises of maternity hospitals, at public catering establishments, in medical organizations, in children's institutions by specialists from organizations engaged in disinfection activities (by irrigation), and by the population in everyday life (by wiping with regulated conditions of use.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
For the extermination of insects, freshly prepared working solutions are used at concentrations of 1.0, 0.05 and O, 1% according to DB, which corresponds to a dilution of the concentrate of 20; 40 and 200 times, respectively.
To prepare working solutions, the agent is diluted with water at room temperature, stirring evenly. The calculation of the amount of concentrate required for the preparation of working solutions is given in the table.

When working with working solutions, spray equipment of various brands is used.
The consumption rate of the working solution is 50 ml / m2 (non-absorbent surface) and 100 ml / m2 (absorbent). The agent is removed from the treated surfaces in a wet way - with a rag with a soap-and-water solution 24 hours after application, but no later than 3 hours before the start of the working day. From other places - after 3-7 days - after the loss of its effectiveness.
Destruction of bedbugs
To destroy bedbugs, use 1.0% (according to DB) working solutions at a consumption of 100 ml / m2 of the surface, regardless of its type. With an insignificant occupancy of the room, only their habitats are treated with bed bugs; with a large population and in the case of wall cladding with dry plaster, the places of their possible resettlement are also subject to processing; cracks along skirting boards, curbs, wallpaper lagging spots, around door, window frames and ventilation grilles, cracks in walls, furniture, as well as carpets on the back.
Do not handle bedding!
Simultaneous processing of all rooms is carried out only in dormitories, where frequent introduction of insects is possible.
Repeated treatments are carried out when bugs are found.
Extermination of cockroaches
For the destruction of cockroaches, 0.5 and 1.0% (according to DB) working solutions are used, selectively treating surfaces in places of detection, localization and along the paths of insect movement. Particular attention is paid to holes and crevices in walls, in door frames, thresholds, along skirting boards, in claddings, as well as ventilation vents, joints of pipes of water supply, heating and sewerage systems.
When treating surfaces that do not absorb moisture - tiles, glass and other modern coatings - the concentration of the working solution • is 0.5% according to DB, and the consumption is 50 ml / m2. When processing surfaces that absorb moisture, the consumption is increased to 100 ml / m2 •
Processing is carried out simultaneously in all rooms inhabited by cockroaches. With a high and very high population, adjacent premises are treated for prophylaxis: to prevent migration and subsequent colonization of cockroaches.
Repeated treatments are carried out when insects appear.
Destruction of ants
For the destruction of red house ants indoors, the paths of movement ('paths') or places of accumulation are processed. Working solutions of 0.1% (by DB) concentration are used.
The treatments are repeated when ants appear.
To destroy various types of garden ants that penetrate verandas, terraces, greenhouses, greenhouses, they process the paths of their penetration into these rooms - along the perimeter thresholds, blind areas of buildings, cottages, garden houses, as well as cracks between garden tiles. Consumption of working solution is not less than 100 ml / m2 of surface.
Flea control
To destroy fleas, use a 0.1% (in DV) working solution, treating walls (to a height of 1 m), the floor surface in places where linoleum and baseboards are lagging, cracks behind baseboards, carpets, paths on the back side.
When processing cluttered basements, these rooms are preliminarily cleaned of debris, and then thoroughly irrigated.
Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications.
The consumption rate of the working solution is not less than 100 ml / m2 of the treated surface, regardless of its type.
Destruction of flies
To destroy the imago of house flies or other types of flies, the intestinal method of exposure is used: a food bait is prepared on the basis of a concentrate containing 0.5 or 1% DV in 10% sugar syrup. To prepare 1 liter of syrup, mix 100 g of sugar with 1 liter of warm tap water and mix well.
The bait can be placed on the trays or brush over the flies' landing areas in the premises, as well as the outer walls of buildings, waste bins, garbage chambers and sandwood installations.
The consumption rate is 2-3 substrates of 5-10 g per room of 10 m 2 • The consumption of funds depends on the number of flies and the sanitary condition of the treated room.
Repeated treatments are carried out when winged flies appear in the room.
Destruction of mosquito larvae
To destroy mosquito larvae, 0.01% (by DV) working solutions are used, which are evenly sprayed over the surface of closed urban water bodies: basements of residential buildings, sewage, fire-fighting tanks or open water bodies of non-commercial value, where mosquito larvae breed.
With a strong degree of contamination of water, the concentration of the working solution can be doubled - up to 0.02% (for DV).
The consumption rate is 100 ml per 1 sq. M. water surface regardless of concentration.
Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications: the appearance of live mosquito larvae.
PRECAUTIONS
The treatment of premises should be carried out in the absence of people, pets, birds with open windows. Food, utensils and aquariums should be removed or carefully covered before processing, furniture should also be carefully covered. When processing workshops of industrial enterprises, first remove and carefully cover products that can adsorb the agent. After processing, the room should be well ventilated for at least 30 minutes in the absence of people. Processing in children's and food institutions should be carried out on sanitary or weekend days. After disinfestation, the room should be wet cleaned using a soap and soda solution.
Premises treated with the product cannot be used before cleaning, which is carried out no later than 3 hours before using the facility
