Description
Powder. A mixture of pieces of leaves and stems of various shapes. The color is green, grayish-green with purple-brown, greenish-brown and brown blotches. The smell is weak. The taste of the aqueous extract is slightly bitter, slightly astringent.

pharmachologic effect
Infusion of leaves of kidney tea has a moderate diuretic and antispasmodic effect.
It also possesses choleretic properties, increases the secretory activity of the gastric mucosa.
The diuretic effect is accompanied by the excretion of chlorides, urea and uric acid in the urine.
Indications for use
Infusion of kidney tea leaves is used in complex therapy for edema resulting from impaired renal function, as well as due to circulatory failure.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Method of administration and dosage:
Powder: 2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel dish, 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water is poured, covered with a lid and infused for 15 minutes. The contents of the filter bags are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
The infusion is used warm, 1/2 cup 2 times a day, 20-30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. A repeated course of treatment is possible by agreement with the doctor.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
Side effect:

Release form:
Powder leaves of 1.5 g in filter bags, followed by insertion of 10 or 20 filter bags and instructions for use in a cardboard box. It is allowed to apply the text of the instructions for use on the pack.
