Zhavelion (Zhavelion) is a fast-dissolving tableted economical chlorine-containing agent. It contains sodium salt of dichloroisocyanuric acid as an active ingredient.
Scope: It is used in health care facilities, sanatoriums, rest homes, children's institutions, in the centers of infectious diseases, at utility facilities, trade and public catering enterprises, in other areas of the national economy.
Purpose: Designed for general (current and preventive) and final disinfection of surfaces in rooms (floor, walls, doors, including polished and wooden furniture); for disinfection of sanitary and other equipment (showers, baths, sinks, toilets); patient care items, linen, dishes, toys, cleaning equipment; for disinfection of medical devices made of corrosion-resistant metals, glass, polymeric materials, rubber.
Disinfection for infections of bacterial and viral etiology is allowed without respiratory and eye protection.
Disinfection can be carried out with the addition of a 0.5% solution of detergents.
Properties: The agent has a bactericidal (including tuberculocidal), virucidal (hepatitis A, B, C, HIV), fungicidal (fungi of the genus Candida and dermatophytes) effect.
The tablet shape gives convenience and precision in work, reliably ensures transportability and storage.
Application methods: wiping, soaking, dipping, irrigation.
Consumption rates:
when wiping - 100 ml of working solution per 1 sq. m,
with irrigation - 150-300 ml per 1 sq. m,
when soaking -5 l per 1 kg of laundry
Concentrations of working solutions used:
with bacterial infections other than tuberculosis and viruses - 0.015 - 0.2%
with tuberculosis - from 0.06 to 0.3%,
with fungal infections 0.045 - 0.2%,
during general cleaning - 0.015 - 0.1%
Exposure time from 15 to 180 min
