DESCRIPTION
Zhavel Sin tabs - a disinfectant is a cylindrical tablet with one bevel white with a characteristic smell of chlorine, weighing 3.6 В± 0.3 g.
COMPOSITION
As an active ingredient, the product contains the sodium salt of dichloroisocyanuric acid - 80.5%, as well as auxiliary substances (adipic acid, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate). Mass fraction of active chlorine g, tablets 1.70 В± 0.17.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
The agent has an antimicrobial effect against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including mycobacterium tuberculosis - tested for Mycobacterium terrae, causative agents of especially dangerous infections - plague, cholera, tularemia, anthrax spores), viruses (Coxsackie, ECHO, poliomyelitis, hepatitis, parenteral , noroviruses, HIV, influenza type A, including H5NI, HINI, adenoviruses and other causative agents of ARVI, herpes, cytomegaly), fungi of the genus Candida, dermatophytes, mold fungi.
According to the parameters of acute toxicity according to GOST 12.1.007-76, the drug belongs to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous substances when administered into the stomach and to the 4th class of low-hazard substances when applied to the skin; according to the classification of K.K. Sidorov, when administered parenterally, it belongs to the 4th class of low toxic substances; in case of inhalation exposure in saturating concentrations (vapors) it is highly dangerous according to the classification of the inhalation hazard of agents according to the degree of volatility (hazard class 2); with direct contact, it causes severe irritation of the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes, does not have a sensitizing property.
Working solutions 0.015% -0.060% (according to AH) in the form of vapors do not cause irritation of the respiratory system, with a single exposure they do not have a local irritating effect on the skin.
Working solutions with an active chlorine content of 0.1% (according to AX) and higher when using the method of irrigation and wiping cause irritation of the upper respiratory tract and mucous membranes of the eyes.
Maximum concentration limit for chlorine in the air of the working area is 1 mg / m3.

disinfection of surfaces in rooms, hard furniture, surfaces of apparatus, devices, patient care items, medical products, toys, sanitary equipment, rubber mats, utensils, including laboratory ones, linen, medical equipment, cleaning material, medical waste in medical and prophylactic institutions (LPI) and in the centers of especially dangerous (including anthrax); general cleaning in health care facilities;

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Working solutions of the agent are prepared in enamel (without damaging the enamel), glass or plastic containers by dissolving the appropriate amounts of tablets in drinking water at room temperature until they are completely dissolved (Table 1).

Solutions of the agent are used for disinfecting surfaces in rooms (floors, walls, doors, etc.), hard furniture, external surfaces of apparatus and instruments, patient care items (heating pads, tips for enemas, liners, etc.), biological secretions (sputum , vomit, urine, liquid after rinsing the throat, feces, etc.), containers for secretions, medical products made of corrosion-resistant metals, rubbers, plastics, glass, linen, utensils, including laboratory ones, including single use ( test tubes, pipettes, slides, cover glasses, cylinders, flasks, vials, Petri dishes, plates for immunological analysis, etc.), disinfection of liquid secretions (except urine), blood, serum and other biological fluids, disinfection of dishes from under the secretions, items for washing dishes (brushes, ruffs),rubber mats, toys (except soft toys), cleaning equipment (rags, etc.), medical waste (used napkins, dressings, cotton swabs, and other medical products for single use before disposal), sanitary equipment (baths, sinks, toilets, etc.).
Disinfection of objects is carried out by means of wiping, irrigation, immersion, soaking.
Containers with working solutions for disinfection of patient care items, medical products, linen, dishes, biological secretions, items for washing dishes, toys, cleaning material must have lids and be tightly closed.
Surfaces in rooms, hard furniture, surfaces of devices, devices are wiped with a rag soaked in a solution of the product at the rate of consumption of the working solution of the product - 150 ml / m2 of the treated surface or irrigate at the rate of 300 ml / m2 when using a hydraulic control unit, automax or 150 ml / m2 - when using a spray of the Quasar type. After the end of disinfection, the room should be wet cleaned, the room is ventilated, the parquet floor, polished and wooden furniture are wiped with a dry cloth.
When adding detergents approved for use in healthcare facilities (at the rate of 5 g / l solution), when treating surfaces by wiping, the consumption rate is 100 ml / m2 for a single treatment.
The surfaces affected by mold are pretreated once with 1% solution with an exposure of 60 minutes and mechanically (using a brush, scraper or other devices) cleaned and dried, and then processed once according to the modes.
Surfaces with traces of blood (blood stains, dried blood stains) are wiped twice with a rag soaked in a solution of the agent for the time of disinfection holding at a rate of consumption of the agent's working solution - 150 ml / m2;
