Rhinitis, acute rhinopharyngitis, sinusitis.
Adults are prescribed 1 injection into each nostril 4-6 times / day.
Children are prescribed 1 injection in each nostril 3 times / day.
The average duration of the course of therapy is 7 days.
The bottle should be kept upright during use.
Nasal spray in the form of a clear, colorless or almost colorless liquid.
100 ml framycetin sulfate 1.25 g (800,000 U)
Excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, purified water.
Hypersensitivity to framycetin and other antibiotics from the aminoglycoside group;
pregnancy;
period of breastfeeding.
pharmachologic effect
An antibiotic from the group of aminoglycosides for topical use in otorhinolaryngology. It has a bactericidal effect. It is active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae), which cause the development of infectious processes in the upper respiratory tract.

Application during pregnancy and lactation
The use of the drug is contraindicated during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
Application in children
Application is possible according to the dosage regimen.
special instructions
The drug should not be used to flush the paranasal sinuses.
It should be remembered that during treatment, resistant strains of microorganisms may appear.
Overdose
Due to the low degree of absorption into the systemic circulation, overdose is unlikely.
