DESCRIPTION
Aysidivit (Asidivit) - an emulsion for injection is used to increase resistance, treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal, respiratory, gynecological diseases and the regulation of reproductive functions of farm animals and dogs. In appearance, the drug is a clear liquid from light brownish to brown.
COMPOSITION
Isidivit in 1 ml contains ASD-2F substance as active ingredients - 0.04 g, succinic acid - 0.05 g, vitamin A (retinol acetate) -15000 U, vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol acetate) - 10 mg, and as an auxiliary substance, water for injection - up to 1 ml.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Isidivitis is a complex immunostimulating drug. Isidivit contains amide derivatives, carboxylic acids, compounds with an active sulfhydryl group, aliphatic and cyclic hydrocarbons, peptides (amino acids), as well as succinic acid, vitamins E and A.
Retinol (vitamin A) regulates the function and regeneration of epithelial tissues, thereby increasing the protective function of the animal body.
Tocopherol (vitamin E), being a strong antioxidant, regulates redox processes, enhances the effect of vitamin A.
Succinic acid has the property of normalizing redox processes in the body. As a result of the use of succinic acid, the acid-base balance in the body is restored.
ASD 2-F substance has a wide spectrum of biological activity, increases the activity of tissue and digestive enzymes, has an antiseptic effect, stimulates the activity of the reticuloendothelial and endocrine systems, normalizes trophism, accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues, participates in the processes of phosphorylation and protein synthesis.
The biologically active substances that make up the drug have an activating effect on the central, autonomic nervous system and metabolic processes, have antioxidant and membrane-protective properties.
Contributing to the improvement of all forms of immune reactivity, they provide an increase in the animal's body resistance to unfavorable environmental factors and diseases of various etiologies, stimulate the motor activity of the gastrointestinal tract, the secretion of the digestive glands, increase the activity of tissue enzymes, promote the acceleration of the growth and development of young animals and increase the productivity of farm animals ...
Aysidivitis, in terms of the degree of impact on the body, belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), in recommended doses it is well tolerated by animals, does not have a local irritating, hepatotoxic and sensitizing effect.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Isidivit is prescribed to large and small ruminants, pigs and dogs with a therapeutic and prophylactic purpose to increase resistance, stimulate the growth and development of young animals, in pathological conditions accompanied by a decrease in the body's immunoreactivity, including metabolic disorders, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, organs respiration, genitourinary system, dermatitis, eczema and long-term non-healing wounds.
Aysidivitis for therapeutic purposes is injected intramuscularly 3-5 times with an interval of 3 days in the following doses (per animal) indicated in the table

In case of infertility of cows with ovarian hypofunction, to stimulate and normalize sexual function, Isidivit is administered 30, 25 and 20 days before insemination at a dose of 10-15 ml per animal.
To increase fertility, prevent embryonic mortality, reduce the service period, the drug is administered to cows on the day of insemination, then on days 5 and 10 after insemination at a dose of 10-15 ml per animal.
For the prevention of postpartum complications (endometritis, delayed afterbirth) and fetal hypoxia, the drug is administered to cows during the dry period four times with an interval of 10 days at a dose of 10-15 ml per animal.
To restore the ovulation process in cows, the drug is administered on days 5, 10, 15 after calving at a dose of 8-10 ml per animal.
To increase the viability of embryos in pregnant sows, the drug is used on days 7 and 12 after insemination at a dose of 3 ml per animal.
For the prevention of fetal hypoxia, the drug is used in sows for 45, 70, 85 days of gestation at a dose of 5 ml per animal.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
The peculiarities of the action at the first use of the drug and at its cancellation were not revealed.
Violations of the recommended regimen of the drug should be avoided in order to avoid a decrease in its effectiveness. In case of missing the introduction of one or several doses of the drug, the course of use should be resumed as soon as possible in the same dose according to the same scheme.
The use of Isidivita does not exclude the use of other drugs for etiotropic, pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy.
Livestock products obtained during the treatment period and after the use of Isidivit can be used without restrictions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
It is forbidden to use Aysidivit in case of increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug (including a history).
SIDE EFFECTS
As a rule, there are no side effects and complications when using Isidivit in accordance with this instruction. In case of allergic reactions, the use of the drug is discontinued and antihistamines are prescribed.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Isidivit is stored in the manufacturer's sealed packaging in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, separately from food and feed, at a temperature from 0 В° C to 25 В° C.
The shelf life of the medicinal product, subject to storage conditions, is 2 years from the date of production; after puncture of the plug - no more than 30 days.
PACKAGING
Isidivit is produced packaged in 100 ml in glass bottles of appropriate capacity, sealed with rubber stoppers and reinforced aluminum caps, which are packed individually in cardboard boxes along with instructions for use.
