The Frolov TDI-01 individual breathing apparatus (trade mark - Frolov's phenomenon) is designed for breathing training for the prevention and treatment of various diseases, increasing the body's immune and adaptive capabilities, rehabilitation and recovery in case of unfavorable (including radiation) environmental and industrial factors, stresses.

Operating principle:

Water is poured into the apparatus (up to 20 ml).

Breathing is performed through water with hydraulic resistance during inhalation and exhalation.

In the process of breathing training, an air mixture is formed with a reduced oxygen content and an increased carbon dioxide content.

Diaphragmatic breathing (this is how newborns and centenarians breathe).

The inhalation is carried out actively for 1-2 seconds, the exhalation is slow, gradually lengthened during the exercise, depending on the capabilities of the organism.

Breathing exercises are performed daily for 15-30 minutes (according to the instructions), preferably in the evening.
