Pharmacological action
Indovazin - local anti-inflammatory, decongestant, analgesic, angioprotective.
Inhibits cyclooxygenase I and II and inhibits the synthesis of PG. Reduces capillary permeability and fragility, inhibits platelet aggregation and improves microcirculation.
Indications
Pain and edema syndrome in muscle and joint diseases (bursitis, tendovaginitis, synovitis, etc. and varicose veins)
trophic disturbances in the presence of chronic venous insufficiency
post-traumatic hematomas.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity (including to acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs), peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum (exacerbation phase), disorders of the blood coagulation system of unknown etiology, bronchial asthma, allergic nasal membranes , breast-feeding, age up to 14 years.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated in pregnancy. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Special instructions
Do not apply on open wounds, mucous membranes, in the oral cavity, on the eyes.
Eye contact on the mucous membranes or open wound surfaces, local irritation is observed - tearing, redness, burning, pain.
Necessary measures - rinse the affected area with copious amounts of distilled water or saline until the complaints disappear or lessen.
IndovazinВ® Gel contains sodium benzoate and propylene glycol as excipients that can be irritating to the skin.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and control mechanisms
Does not affect the speed of psychomotor reactions when driving and working with mechanisms.
Composition
Active ingredients: indomethacin 3 g, troxevasin 2 g
Dosage and administration
Outwardly, 1-2 cm of the gel is applied lightly by rubbing onto the affected areas 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is no more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.
Side effects
Allergic reactions: skin hyperemia, rash, urticaria, pruritus.
Drug interactions
Ointment may enhance the effects of drugs that cause photosensitivity.
No clinically significant interaction with other drugs has been described.
Storage conditions
