Pharmacological action

The complex of human serum immunoglobulin and histamine dihydrochloride when introduced into the body increases the ability of blood serum to inactivate free histamine. It has anti-allergic effect.

Indications

Allergic diseases of mild to moderate remission in adults and children from 1 year old, hay fever, allergic dermatosis, atopic asthma.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, age (up to 1 year).

Special instructions

After administration, it is necessary to monitor patients for 30 minutes (the possibility of developing allergic reactions). Anti-shock therapy agents should be prepared. The drug is not suitable for use in ampoules with impaired integrity and labeling, with a change in physical properties (turbidity, intense staining, the presence of unbreakable flakes), with an expired Expiration, improper storage.

Dosage and administration of

For children under 5 years - 1 ml (1 dose) 5 times at 4 day intervals. For children older than 5 years and adults, the drug is administered in 2 ml with the same frequency.

Side effects
