Pharmacological action

Immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, regenerative. Forms a specific and stimulates non-specific immunity.

Indications

Hemorrhoids (mainly suppositories), perianal dermatitis (ointment), anal and genital itching, especially resistant to other drugs, anopapillitis, anal fissure (ointment), condition after operations on the anorectal region (to stimulate wound healing).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to phenol.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Use of Posterisan Forte is acceptable.

Dosage and administration

Posterisan forte is used externally, rectally. Apply a thin layer to the affected area in the morning and evening, as well as after each bowel movement. For a deeper introduction of the ointment into the anal canal, a screw-on applicator can be used.
