Pharmacological action - hepatoprotective, antispasmodic, choleretic, anti-inflammatory.

Hepel is a multicomponent homeopathic medicine, the action of which is due to the components, included in its composition.

Indications

- in the treatment of impaired liver functions of inflammatory and toxic etiology.

Contraindications

- known hypersensitivity to spotted milk thistle (Silybummarianum) or other plants of the family Asteraceae, as well as in the case of hypersensitivity to

quinine - pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding due to the presence of up to 18 years old due to the lack of clinical data

- lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption

- increased sensitivity to the components of the Hepel drug.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Hepel is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

Special instructions

When taking homeopathic medicines, existing symptoms (initial worsening) may temporarily worsen. In this case, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

Information for patients with diabetes: the carbohydrate content in 1 tablet of Hepel corresponds to 0.025 bread unit.

- Cinchona pubescens (China) 30 mg cinnamon

- Myristica fragrans (Nux moschata) (myristic frarans (nux moshata)) D4 30 mg

- Silybum marianum (Carduus marianus) (silibum marianum (carduus marianus)) D2 15 mg

- Phosphorus (phosphorus) Dk 15 mg album (veratrum album) D6 60 mg

- Citrullus colocynthis (Colocynthis) (citrullus colocintis (colocintis)) D6 90 mg

Excipients: magnesium stearate, lactose.

Dosage and administration of

1 tablet 3 times a day. The Hepel tablet should be kept in the mouth until completely resorbed. The course of therapy is 2-3 weeks.

Side effects

In rare cases, when taking drugs, containing quinine or quinidine, hypersensitivity reactions (skin allergy or fever) may occur. In these cases, you should consult your doctor.

When taking preparations containing celandine alkaloids, there was isolated information about an increase in the functional activity of the liver (transaminases) and bilirubin concentrations up to jaundice caused by drugs (drug-toxic hepatitis). Discontinuation of the drug leads to the normalization of these indicators.
