Pharmacological action

It has an angioprotective and venotonic effect. Reduces the extensibility of veins, increases their tone and reduces venous congestion, reduces permeability, fragility of capillaries and increases their resistance, improves microcirculation and lymphatic drainage. With systematic use, it reduces the severity of the clinical manifestations of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities of an organic and functional nature.

Indications

Venous insufficiency of the lower extremities of a functional and organic nature (feeling of heaviness in the legs, pain, convulsions, trophic disorders) acute and chronic hemorrhoids.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active components or excipients that make up the drug.

Not recommended for lactating women.

Pregnancy and lactation

Pregnancy

Animal experiments have not revealed teratogenic effects. To date, there have been no reports of any side effects when using the drug in pregnant women.

Breastfeeding period

Due to the lack of data regarding the excretion of the drug in breast milk, lactation women are not recommended to take the drug.

Composition

1 tablet contains:

Active substances: diosmin - 0.45 g, hesperidin - 0.05 g

Excipients (core): gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, sodium glycolate, talc.

Excipients (coating): polyethylene glycol 6000, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow.

Dosage and Administration

Inside.

Recommended dose for venous-lymphatic insufficiency: 2 tablets per day: 1 tablet in the middle of the day and 1 tablet in the evening, during meals.

Recommended dose for acute hemorrhoids: 6 tablets per day: 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening for 4 days, then 4 tablets per day: 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening for the next 3 days.

Side effects

From the central nervous system: rarely - dizziness, headache, general malaise, frequency is unknown - convulsions.

From the gastrointestinal tract: often - diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting infrequently - colitis frequency is unknown - abdominal pain.

From the respiratory system, chest and mediastinal organs: frequency is unknown - sore throat, chest pain.

From the skin: rarely - rash, itching, urticaria, frequency is unknown - allergic dermatitis, hyperemia, isolated swelling of the face, lips, eyelids, in exceptional cases, angioedema.
