Pharmacological action

Pharmacodynamics

A drug with antithrombotic action for external use.

It also has an antiexudative, moderate anti-inflammatory effect.

Pharmacokinetics of

Cmax in the blood is reached 8 hours after application and returns to the initial level after 12-24 hours.

It is excreted mainly in urine.

Indications

Thrombophlebitis of superficial veins, phlebothrombosis

complications after surgical operations on veins

localized infiltrates and edema

injuries, bruises (including muscle tissue, tendons, joints)

subcutaneous hematomas.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to heparin.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

It is possible to use the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) according to strict indications.

Composition of

1 g of gel contains clindamycin (as clindamycin phosphate) - 10 mg

Active substances:

heparin sodium 1000 IU.

Excipients:

methyl parahydroxybenzoate,

propyl parahydroxybenzoate,

carbomer 940,

ethyl alcohol 96%,

neroli oil,

lavender oil,

triethanolamine,

purified water.

Dosage and administration

Apply 3-10 cm of gel 1-3 times / day to the skin in the affected area and gently rub.

Side effects

Possibly: an allergic reaction.

Overdose

Due to low systemic absorption, overdose is unlikely.
