Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx, incl. accompanied by severe pain syndrome (for GrammidinЃ with anesthetic):

-acute pharyngitis;

-tonsillitis;

-angina;

- periodontal disease;

-gingivitis;

-stomatitis.

After eating, dissolve in the mouth without chewing. Immediately after using the drug, you should refrain from eating and drinking for 1-2 hours. Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 tablets. (one after the other for 20-30 minutes) 4 times a day. Children under 12 years old: 1-2 tables. 4 times a day. The course of treatment is 5-6 days.

An antibacterial agent, has a bacteriostatic (Streptococcus pneumoniae, meningococci, gonococci, pathogens of anaerobic infections) and in high concentrations, a bactericidal effect on Streptococcus spp. and Staphylococcus spp.

Increases the permeability of the membrane of a microbial cell for inorganic cations due to the formation of a network of channels in the lipid structures of the membrane, which causes the development of osmotic instability of the cell.

Due to low systemic absorption, pharmacokinetic data are not available.

Application during pregnancy and lactation

If it is necessary to use the drug during pregnancy, you should consult your doctor in order to assess the ratio of benefits to the mother and the potential risk to the fetus.

During treatment, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

Gramicidin C enhances the effects of other local and systemic antimicrobial agents

Overdose

Symptoms: taking doses exceeding the recommended ones can cause gastrointestinal disturbances characteristic of an overdose of other antibiotics due to changes in the bacterial flora and superinfection (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea).

Treatment: stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.

Do not chew or swallow the tablets.

Patients with diabetes mellitus should take into account that each tablet contains 0.05 XE.

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles, mechanisms. The drug does not affect the rate of reactions when driving or operating other mechanisms.
