Pharmacological action
The drug Bilobil Intens 120 of plant origin.
Increases the body's resistance to hypoxia, especially brain tissue, inhibits the development of traumatic or toxic cerebral edema, improves cerebral and peripheral blood circulation, and improves blood rheology.
It has a dose-dependent regulatory effect on the vascular wall, expands small arteries, increases vein tone. Prevents the formation of free radicals and lipid peroxidation of cell membranes.
Normalizes the release, reabsorption and catabolism of neurotransmitters (norepinephrine, dopamine, acetylcholine) and their ability to bind to receptors.
Improves metabolism in organs and tissues, promotes the accumulation of macroergs in cells, increases oxygen and glucose utilization, and normalizes mediator processes in the central nervous system.
Indications
Discirculatory encephalopathy of various etiologies (developing due to stroke, traumatic brain injury, in old age), accompanied by decreased attention, weakened memory, decreased intellectual ability, sleep disturbance
Disturbance of peripheral circulation and microcirculation ( limbs, intermittent claudication), Raynaud's syndrome
Sensorineural disorders (dizziness, tinnitus, hypoacusia)
Senile macular degeneration
Diabet nical retinopathy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to ginkgo extract or other components of the
preparation Reduced blood coagulability
Erosive gastritis
Gastric ulcer, malignant lobar syndrome because Bilobilintens 120 contains lactose
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding period
Children under 18 years of age.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The drug Bilobil Intens 120 is not recommended for use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding due to the lack of sufficient experience with use.
Special instructions
When developing a hypersensitivity reaction, the drug should be discontinued.
Before surgery, you must inform your doctor about the use of the drug Bilobil Intens 120.
If you experience dizziness and tinnitus again, consult a doctor. In case of sudden deterioration or loss of hearing, you should immediately consult a doctor.
Patients with bleeding (hemorrhagic diathesis) and patients receiving anticoagulant therapy, it is necessary to consult a doctor before starting therapy with Bilobil Intens 120.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms. During the period of taking the drug, caution should be exercised when performing potentially hazardous activities that require an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms).

1 capsule contains: Active ingredient:
Ginkgo biloba leaf extract dry 120 mg.
Excipients:
Lactose monohydrate - 198 mg
Corn starch - 90 mg
Talc - 24 mg
Colloidal silicon dioxide - 6 mg
Magnesium stearate - 6 mg
Dextrose, 6 mg / dec.
Capsule (body and cap):
Iron oxide dye black (E172) - 0.1%
Iron oxide dye red (E172) - 0.6%
Titanium dioxide (E171) - 1.33%
Iron oxide dye yellow (E172) - 0.27%
Gelatin - up to 100%.
Dosage and administration
Inside, 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. Capsules should be swallowed whole with a little water, regardless of the meal.
With a double dosing regimen, take it in the morning and in the evening, with a single dose - preferably in the morning.
The course of treatment is at least 3 months. The first signs of improvement usually appear after 1 month. A second course is possible after consultation with a doctor.
Side effects
Classification of the frequency of development of side effects WHO: very often -? 1/10 often - from? 1/100 to <1/10 infrequently - from? 1/1000 to <1/100 rarely - from? 1/10000 up to <1/1000 is very rare - <1/10000 the frequency is unknown - cannot be estimated based on available data. In each group, unwanted effects are presented in decreasing order of severity.
From the digestive system: very rarely - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
From the nervous system: very rarely - headache, dizziness, insomnia.
On the part of the hemostatic system: very rarely - a decrease in blood coagulation, bleeding (with prolonged use in patients who were taking medications that reduce blood coagulation).
Allergic reactions: very rarely - redness of the skin, swelling, skin itching.
Other: very rare - hearing impairment.
In case of any adverse events, the use of the drug should be discontinued and consult your doctor.
Drug interaction
It is not recommended to use the drug in patients who are constantly taking drugs that reduce blood coagulation (for example, direct and indirect anticoagulants, acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs). Concomitant use with these drugs may increase the risk of bleeding due to an extended coagulation time.
Overdose of
Currently, no cases of overdose of the drug Bilobil Intens 120 have been reported.
