Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica, “brain food”, “memory herb”) is a well-known traditional medicine for centuries used in the treatment of various diseases. The leaves of the plant contain triterpenic acids (asiatic, terminolic, medecassonic), esters of triterpenic acids and oligosaccharides (pseudosaponins) - asiaticoside, asiaticoside A and B, essential oil (0.1%). These components have a powerful antioxidant and neuroprotective effect, help preserve the number of brain cells and interneuronal connections, improve memory and attention indicators. Gotu Kola extract reduces fatigue and relieves depression, has anti-stress and anticonvulsant effects, improves blood circulation, stimulates the heart, kidneys and central nervous system, helps control blood sugar levels, improves performance in type II diabetes and hepatitis C.
Ginkgo Biloba in oriental medicine has been used to treat diseases of the lungs, liver, bladder, wounds, burns, alcohol addiction, maintaining healthy longevity.
The combination of ginkgo biloba with gotu kola mutually complements and enhances the effects of each extract and this gives a significantly greater positive result for the restoration and maintenance of health, youth and active longevity.
The complex has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, improves blood circulation and has a positive effect on the activity of the brain.
The high content of active substances in the plant complex and their high bioavailability contribute to a decrease in capillary permeability and an increase in the elasticity of the walls of the cerebral vessels, as a result of which the brain is better supplied with nutrients and is quickly freed from toxins.
It is a source of catecholamines, magnesium, vitamin K. Gingo Biloba Gotu Kola has a pronounced stimulating effect, improves the physical and mental state of a person, which is especially important in case of severe fatigue, and has a prolonged effect.
