For moisturizing the anterior surface of the eye (cornea and conjunctiva) with moderate dry eye syndrome;
with Sjogren's syndrome;
to eliminate the sensation of dry eyes, 'sand' in the eyes, with burning sensation, lacrimation, redness, itching, fatigue, 'office' syndrome, as well as when a foreign body is felt in the eye, a feeling of 'fatigue', after various eye diseases, especially after conjunctivitis and keratitis of various etiologies;
in the complex treatment of chronic blepharitis causing dry eye syndrome;
to eliminate 'dryness' of the eye in cases of systematic and prolonged use of drugs (hormonal agents, anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, etc.);
for complex treatment of 'dry' eyes in cases of constant use of cosmetics, as well as after plastic surgery on the face;
for moisturizing the anterior surface of the eye after ophthalmic surgery, including after refractive interventions (LAZIK, PRK, etc.), as well as with minor corneal injuries as part of complex therapy;
to eliminate discomfort and when wearing hard and soft contact lenses, as well as to prevent dry eye syndrome during contact vision correction;
for the prevention and complex treatment of corneal-conjunctival xerosis in case of environmental degradation and environmental pollution (smog, smoke, dust, etc.), and prolonged visual stress.
Eye drops Gilan Ultra Comfort are instilled into the conjunctival sac in an amount of 1-2 drops, it is permissible to use it up to six times a day.
The contents of one dropper tube are for one use only.
If unused solution remains, it must be disposed of immediately.
Sodium hyaluronate 0.18% (1.62 - 1.98 mg / ml),
sorbitol (18.00 - 22.00 mg / ml),
disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (7.48 - 9.14 mg / ml)
sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate (2.83 - 3.45 mg / ml),
water for injection (up to 0.4 ml).

The solution is intended for use in ophthalmology for eye care by instillation into the conjunctival sac. Moisturizing ophthalmic solution Gilan Comfort reproduces the effect of natural tears, protects and moisturizes the surface of the eye and lubricates it. This remedy provides long-term relief from dry eyes caused by various factors:
disruption of the tear film, which leads to a decrease in tear secretion and causes symptoms of discomfort;
the impact of the external environment (central heating, climatic systems, fluorescent lamps, various natural phenomena - wind, cold, dust, smoke, smog);
frequent continuous work at the computer monitor;
the use of vasoconstrictor or anti-inflammatory ophthalmic drugs;
changes in hormonal levels (menopause);
old age (75% of the population over 65 suffers from dry eye syndrome).
With the systematic wearing of contact lenses, it is recommended to use the Gilan Comfort ophthalmic solution, which contributes to long-term hydration of the eye, since its effect is identical to natural tear fluid. The solution has a viscosity index in the range of 3.5 - 6.0 mPa / s.
Ophthalmic solution Gilan Comfort does not contain preservatives, therefore there is no undesirable toxic effect on the eye tissue. Long-term use of this drug is possible.
Side effects
Rarely: allergic reactions.
Local reactions: sometimes there is a feeling of sticking of the eyelids due to the viscosity of the solution.

The solution can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
