Unless the doctor has prescribed a different dosage, GedelixЃ should be taken as indicated in the table:

Adults and adolescents are recommended to take GedelixЃ undiluted.
It is recommended to give GedelixЃ to infants and young children diluted in a little water.
The duration of use of the drug depends on the severity of the disease, but should be at least 7 days. After the disappearance of the symptoms of the disease, it is recommended to continue treatment with the drug for 2-3 days.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
hereditary fructose intolerance;
deficiency of arginine succinate synthetase.

Herbal preparation. It has an expectorant, mucolytic and antispasmodic effect due to the presence of saponins.
Side effect
Possibly: allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
In rare cases: pain in the epigastric region.

Application during pregnancy and lactation
GedelixЃ syrup is not recommended for use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

Directions for diabetics
Since GedelixЃ syrup does not contain sugar, it can be used by patients with diabetes mellitus. 5 ml contain 1.75 g of sorbitol (corresponds to 0.44 g of fructose), which corresponds to 0.15 XE.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms
The use of the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
Overdose
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastroenteritis are possible.
Treatment: drug withdrawal, symptomatic therapy.
Drug interactions
The drug should not be used concurrently with antitussive drugs, because this makes it difficult for the liquefied sputum to pass.
