DESCRIPTION
RPE BRIZ-3201 (RU) is designed to protect the human respiratory system from harmful substances present in the air of the working area in the form of vapors, gases and aerosols, with the exception of highly toxic GOST 12.1.005-88 and substances with a boiling point of less than 65 0 C.
RPE BREEZE-3201 (RU) consists of an insulating half mask with a knitted obturator, a headband and two replaceable filters of various brands (Table 1).

RPE BREEZE-3201 (RU) is used with a volume fraction of free oxygen in the ambient air of at least 17% and at a concentration of harmful substances no more than 10 ... 15 MPC, and aerosols - no more than 100 mg / m 3
Working temperature range from -40 0 РЎ to +55 0 РЎ.
RPE BRIZ-3201 (RU) with combined filters for gases and aerosols corresponds to protection class 1 in accordance with GOST R 12.4.251-09 and GOST R 12.4.194-99. Available in three sizes (table 2).
OPERATING RULES
Filtering RPEs BRIZ-3201 (RU) must not be used with unknown qualitative composition of the polluted atmosphere, for protection from practically non-adsorbable substances (for example, methane, ethane, butane, ethylene, acetylene, etc.), as well as from highly toxic substances GOST 12.1. 005-88.
The required standard size of a half mask is determined taking into account the morphological height of a person's face (the distance from the lower part of the chin to the bridge of the nose), Table 2 and is adjusted according to the sign of tightness.

1. Take the filtering BREEZE-3201 (RU), which is correctly selected by height, from the package. Adjust the headband straps to fit snugly around your face. Put it on so that the headband is on the back of your head and your chin and nose are inside the half mask.
If the RPE is leaking, it is necessary to tighten the headband straps and check the tightness again. If the tightness is not achieved, replace the half mask with a new one of a smaller size.
2. Make sure that the filtering RPM is properly adhered to the face during operation so that the tightness is not broken.
The end of the application period for filters of all brands is determined organoleptically (by smell). If there is even a slight smell of a harmful substance or other unpleasant sensations (sore throat, shortness of breath, etc.), it is necessary to leave the danger zone and change the filters.
The term of use of the filter is determined by the real conditions and intensity of work in the RPE. If a foreign odor appears in the mask space, you must immediately leave the danger zone and change the filters.
3. After the work shift (at the end of work) it is recommended to clean the filtering RPE BRIZ-3201 (RU) with cotton wool, gauze, etc. If necessary, replace the knitted seals with a clean one and wash the soiled ones. Wash the shutter and rinse the half mask in warm water and soap, and dry the half mask at room temperature. Cleaning the filtering RPE with organic solvents is not allowed.
4. In the process of using the filtering device BRIZ-3201 (RU) and filters for it, it should be stored in separate packages in a specially designated dry and clean room without the presence of vapors of organic solvents or aggressive (harmful) substances. Spare filters should be protected from mechanical damage.
