Gan disinfectant 1l
DESCRIPTION
Gan is a disinfectant intended for objects of veterinary supervision and prevention of infectious animal diseases. In appearance, it is an orange liquid with a specific odor.
COMPOSITION
In 1 liter, there are 100 g of kataSurfactant (septaSurfactant), 50 g of glutaraldehyde, 50 g of glyoxal as active ingredients, as well as an indicator dye (methyl orange) and distilled water.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Gan has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial action against infectious agents of bacterial, viral and fungal etiology. According to the degree of impact on the body, it belongs to moderately hazardous substances. Working solutions of the agent do not have a local irritating and sensitizing effect, do not cause corrosion of metals, do not destroy plastics, rubber and other materials. Increased water hardness does not reduce the activity of the product.
INDICATIONS
GAN is used for preventive disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision (livestock, poultry and fur-breeding premises and their equipment, feed kitchens, slaughterhouses and points, veterinary laboratories, egg stores and hatcheries, containers, overalls and animal care items); forced (current and final) disinfection of the above objects in case of infections, the causative agents of which belong to the group of low-resistance (group 1) or resistant (group 2) microorganisms, in which the quality control of disinfection is carried out by the release of E. coli and staphylococci.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Ganom disinfection is carried out by irrigation, foam generation, aerosol (hot and cold fog). Before disinfection, mechanical cleaning and washing of premises are carried out. Disinfection is carried out in the absence of animals and birds, the ventilation is turned off and the room is sealed. Working solutions are prepared taking into account the required concentration and required volume. The concentration of working solutions is set taking into account the target disinfection. Preventive disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision by irrigation is carried out using a 0.5% solution at a consumption rate of 0.25 l / m 2 and an exposure of 3 hours. Forced (current and final) disinfection of veterinary supervision facilities is carried out using a 1% solution at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m 2and exposition 24 hours. Prophylactic disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision by the foam generation method is carried out using a 0.5% solution at a consumption rate of 0.25 l / m 2 and an exposure of 3 hours. Forced disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision by the method of foam generation is carried out using a 1% solution at a consumption rate of 0.25 l / m 2 and exposure for 24 hours.

With all types of prophylactic disinfection when processing by irrigation, foam generation or wiping of elements made of porous metals (unpainted wood, cement, rubber), the consumption rate is increased to 0.3 l / m 2 . Preventive and forced disinfection of feeders, drinkers and other removable equipment in fur farms is carried out by immersing them in a 0.5% solution of the agent. The ratio of the volume of the solution and the processed materials is 2: 1. Exposure 1-2 hours depending on the type of disinfection. After the end of disinfection, the feeders, drinkers and equipment are washed with warm water, the premises are ventilated and dried.
Aerosol disinfection: Preventive and forced disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision with aerosols using cold and hot fog methods is performed with a concentrated solution at a consumption rate of 1 ml / m 3 without adding an activator. The exposure in both cases should be 24 hours. To increase the efficiency of disinfection, it is necessary that the air humidity inside the disinfected room is at least 70%.
After the end of aerosol disinfection, the feeders, drinkers and equipment are washed with warm water, the premises are ventilated and dried. Disbarriers or disinfection mats are filled with 0.5% GAN solution. Replace the disinfectant solution as needed, but at least once every 7 days. Disinfection of road transport and other vehicles used for the transportation of animals and animal products is carried out with a 0.5% solution at a consumption rate of 0.25-0.3 ml / m 2 and an exposure of 3 hours. The quality control of disinfection is carried out in accordance with the methodology set forth in the current “Rules for disinfection and disinfestation of objects of state veterinary supervision” (2002). A 0.1% sodium bisulfite solution is used as a neutralizer.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
All work on the preparation of working solutions and the use of the product should be carried out using special clothing (dressing gown, hat, rubber gloves, sealed goggles, respirator or gas mask). Do not drink, smoke or eat while working.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
It is forbidden to use a ready-made working solution (with the addition of an activator) when using aerosol thermogenerators.
SIDE EFFECTS
None observed when used correctly.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
