Acute rhinitis (viral, bacterial, allergic), acute or chronic sinusitis, acute otitis media.
Intranasally.
Nasal drops 0.1%. Adults and children over 6 years old: usually 2-3 drops of solution in both nasal passages 2-3 times a day or 1 drop of gel 3 times a day.
Nasal drops 0.05%. Children from 2 to 6 years old: 1-2 drops of solution in both nasal passages 1-2 times a day.
The course is usually 3-5 days (up to a maximum of 2 weeks).
Nasal gel.
Before using the drug, it is necessary to remove the nozzle, then press the dispenser 3-5 times until the drug haze appears.
1 dose of 0.05% nasal gel when sprayed with a dosing device contains 0.05 mg of xylometazoline. For children aged 3-6 years, the average dose is 1 spray in each nasal passage 1-2 times a day; 6-12 years old - 1-2 sprays in each nasal passage 2-3 times a day.
1 dose of 0.1% nasal gel when sprayed with a dosing device contains 0.1 mg of xylometazoline. For adults and children over 12 years old, the average dose is 1 spray in each nasal passage 2-3 times a day.
Do not use the drug more than 3 times a day. The duration of the drug use is no more than 3-5 days (maximum - up to 2 weeks.

Hypersensitivity, atrophic rhinitis, increased intraocular pressure, angle-closure glaucoma, arterial hypertension, severe atherosclerosis, tachycardia, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, pheochromocytoma, simultaneous administration of MAO inhibitors and a period of up to 14 days after the end of their use.
