MODE OF APPLICATION

Please read the instructions for use and frequently asked questions before starting grooming. Use the FURminator Anti-Shedding Tool as recommended for use. The anti-shedding tool is not a comb or slicker; it catches and pulls loosely attached, dead undercoat hairs without cutting or damaging the guard hair. *

STEP 1. An anti-shedding tool should be used on dry wool. For best results, use it immediately after bathing and drying your pet. The FURminator range is a range of products that help keep your pet's skin and hair healthy and, with regular use, significantly reduce hair loss in your home.

STEP 2. Inspect your pet before using the shedding tool. Look out for possible sores, bruises, and skin conditions that the animal's coat may hide. If you notice any of the above, stop brushing and see your veterinarian. Before using the anti-shedding tool, remove tangles and tangles in the coat with the FURminator or Comb.

STEP 3. Use the anti-shedding tool, similar to a comb, gently brushing it along the animal's coat in the direction of its growth, penetrating the teeth through the coat. Start brushing from the head, gradually moving along the body of the animal. Be careful when brushing around the abdomen, paws, genitals and anus. Don't stay in one place for a long time. Although the design of the tool prevents pressure on the animal's skin, rough brushing with force can irritate the skin, so avoid applying excessive pressure to it. If you notice redness or irritation of your skin, stop brushing.

STEP 4. After the dead undercoat is collected on the tool blade, remove it from the teeth by pressing the FURejector self-cleaning button.
