Flyjet 0.5kg
DESCRIPTION
Flyjet is an insecticidal agent that is a food bait in the form of a powder or granular powder from light yellow to dark yellow.
COMPOSITION
In 1, Og of the insecticidal agent contains 1 Ohm of methomil, 9-cystricosan (sex feromen of flies), bitrex, filler (sugar).
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Metomyl belongs to the group of carbamates and is close to organophosphorus compounds in terms of its biological activity.
Flyjet is an enteric-contact insecticidal agent, active against imago flies.
9-Cis-Tricosan, a sex pheromone of flies, attracts insects to the sites of application of the drug. The action begins 3-5 minutes after the contact of insects with an insecticidal agent.
Bitrex protects the bait from being eaten by birds and pets.
The mechanism of action is based on the inhibition of acetylcholinesterase, as a result of which the nervous and other systems are damaged.
Causes mild irritation on contact with mucous membranes. The drug is toxic to bees, fish, birds. The product is safe for the environment.
PURPOSE
Flyjet is used to combat adult flies in livestock buildings and other objects of veterinary supervision.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
For the destruction of imago flies, the agent is laid out on substrates at the rate of 2.5 g per 1 bait unit, calculated per 1 m2. The bait is placed in the places of the greatest concentration of flies.
If necessary, during the validity period, the flyjet can be moved to other places with the greatest concentration of flies. The bait can be moistened, which increases its effectiveness.
The repeated placement of the bait is carried out according to entomological indications with an increase in the number of flies or their constant flight into the room.
For processing vertical surfaces, the bait is mixed with water in the ratio of 10 g of the drug and 8 ml of water. Stir until smooth and leave for 15 minutes. The resulting mass is applied with a brush to walls near doors and windows, partitions, support beams and other surfaces. A working solution prepared from 250g per 200ml of water is designed for processing 100m2.
Spraying on the surface. To prepare the working solution, dissolve 100 g of Flyjet granules in 800 ml of water in the container of the spray apparatus and mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous suspension. The prepared working solution is sufficient to treat rooms with a floor area of 20 m2. When using the insecticidal agent Flyjet, packaged in 500 g cans, the drug is mixed with water at the rate of 500 g of Flyjet per 4 liters of water and stirred thoroughly. The prepared working solution is sufficient for the treatment of rooms with a floor area of 100 m2. Direct spray should be applied to about 30% of the surface of the walls and ceiling. In pigsties, the wall surface should be sprayed at a height of more than 1.5 m from the floor surface, and on cattle farms, at a height of more than 2 m from the floor. The room can be used again after the sprayed surfaces have dried. The period of insecticidal action of Flyjet when spraying the preparation on the surface is 4 - 6 weeks. Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications: with the accumulation of flies or their constant flight into the room.
Flyjets will retain insecticidal activity for 2-3 months. For successful fly control, insecticide treatment should be combined with cleaning the area, cleaning contaminated surfaces and preventing flies from flying into the room.
