Cyfluthrin (cyano-4 (-fluoro-3-phenoxyphenyl) -methyl-3 (2,2-dichloroethenyl) -2,2-dimethyl), which is part of the drug, has a contact insecticidal and repellent effect, is active against Diptera insects, including horseflies (Tabanidae), gadflies (Hypodermatidae), mosquitoes (Culicidae), midges (Simuliidae) and zoophilous flies, including Haematobia irritans, Haematobia stimulans, Musca autumnalis, Stomoxys calcitrans.
After being applied to the skin, the drug, practically without being absorbed, is distributed over the surface of the animal's body, which ensures its long-term insecticidal and repellent effect.
