Syrup 20 mg / ml for children: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) contains 100 mg of carbocysteine.

Children from 2 to 5 years old - 5 ml 2 times a day. The dosage should not exceed 200 mg / day.

Children over 5 years old - 5 ml 3 times a day. The dosage should not exceed 300 mg / day.

Syrup 50 mg / ml: 15 ml 3 times a day, preferably 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals.
