Ointment for external use 0.025% white or almost white, translucent, oily.

fluocinolone acetonide 250 mcg

propylene glycol - 150 mg, ethanol - 150 mg, disodium edetate - 0.25 mg, citric acid - 0.1 mg, methyl parahydroxybenzoate - 1.5 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate - 0.8 mg, carbomer 980 - 9 mg, trolamine - 1.8 mg, purified water - up to 1 g.

15 g - aluminum tubes (1) - cardboard packs.

pharmachologic effect

GCS for external use.

It has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-exudative and antipruritic effects.

Reduces the appearance or eliminates the inflammatory skin reaction.

Indications for use

Psoriasis, lichen planus, seborrheic dermatitis, eczema of various origins and localization (including eczema in children), neurodermatitis, pruritus of various origins, allergic skin diseases, discoid lupus erythematosus, 1st degree burns, sunburn, insect bites.

Contraindications for use

Bacterial, viral, fungal skin diseases, skin tuberculosis, skin manifestations of syphilis, extensive psoriatic plaques, anogenital itching, trophic ulcers of the leg associated with varicose veins, skin tumors, pregnancy.

Dosage regimen

Applied externally 1-3 times / day, depending on the dosage form used.

Side effect

Possibly: telangiectasias, post-steroidal vascular purpura, skin atrophy, skin stretching, hirsutism, hypertrichosis, perioral dermatitis, secondary infectious skin lesions

with prolonged use and / or when applied to large surfaces, systemic side effects are possible.

Application during pregnancy and lactation

Contraindicated in pregnancy.

In the case of use with ordinary or rosacea, an exacerbation of the course of the disease is possible.

Use with caution in infants and girls during puberty.

Fluocinolone acetonide is compatible with antimicrobial agents.
