DESCRIPTION

A new universal, highly effective and environmentally friendly disinfectant that is free of chlorine, phenols and aldehydes. The product is a fine-grained free-flowing powder from white to light cream, odorless, well soluble in water. It has a wide range of applications at home and is indispensable for traveling. Used for sanitizing premises for destruction:

PURPOSE

The product is intended for disinfection of indoor surfaces, rigid furniture, sanitary equipment, linen, dishes, cleaning materials, patient care items, toys; for disinfection, including combined with pre-sterilization cleaning, of medical devices (including dental instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes and instruments for them) in cases of bacterial (including tuberculosis), fungal (candidiasis and dermatophytosis) and viral (including hepatitis B and HIV) infections -infection) etiology in health care facilities, as well as for disinfection in children's, sports and recreation facilities, at public catering establishments, communal facilities and in everyday life.

COMPOSITION

Quaternary ammonium compound (QAC) alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride - 10%, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PHMG-hydrochloride) - 1%.

METHOD OF APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

Working solutions of Fiam-Super are prepared in containers from any material by mixing the product with water in accordance with the calculations given in Table 1. The shelf life of working solutions is 7 days. The working solution is used once.

Disinfection of surfaces in rooms, rigid furniture, sanitary equipment, linen, dishes, patient care items, toys, cleaning material is carried out by wiping, irrigation, immersion and soaking in accordance with the regimes specified in tables 2-5.

The dishes are freed from food debris and completely immersed in a disinfectant solution at the rate of 2 liters per 1 set. At the end of disinfection, the dishes are washed with water for 3 minutes.

The linen is soaked in a solution of 5 liters per 1 kg of dry linen. At the end of disinfection, the linen is washed and rinsed.

Patient care items, toys are completely immersed in a disinfectant solution. After disinfection, they are washed with running water for 5 minutes.

Sanitary equipment is cleaned with a brush or a brush with a solution of the agent or irrigated from a hydro-control unit, a sprayer of the 'Quasar' type, etc. Heavily contaminated surfaces are treated twice. The consumption rate of the product with a single wipe is 150 ml / m 2 (spray of the 'Quasar' type) and 300 ml / m 2 (hydraulic control panel). At the end of the disinfection, the equipment is rinsed with water.

Disinfection of medical devices, including dental instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes and instruments for them, is carried out in accordance with the modes indicated in Table 6. Disinfection of these products, combined with their pre-sterilization cleaning, is carried out in accordance with the modes indicated in the tables 7-9.

During disinfection, including combined with pre-sterilization cleaning, medical products are completely immersed in a container with a solution of the agent, filling them with the help of auxiliary means (syringes, pipettes) cavities and channels of the products, while removing air bubbles. Detachable products are disinfected disassembled. Products with locking parts are immersed open, having previously made several working movements for them to better penetrate the solution into hard-to-reach areas of the products. The thickness of the solution layer above the products should be at least 1 cm. At the end of the disinfection, metal and glass products are washed under running water for 3 minutes, and rubber and plastic products, endoscopes and instruments for them for 5 minutes.

PRECAUTIONS

All work with the product is carried out with the protection of the skin of the hands with rubber gloves; when filling the product, safety glasses are additionally used.

Avoid getting the product and its solutions in the eyes.

Disinfection of surfaces by wiping with working solutions can be carried out in the presence of patients.

Persons with hypersensitivity to chemicals or drugs should not be allowed to work with the product.

When using the product by the 'irrigation' method, it is recommended to use a respirator of the RPGU-67 or RU 60M type with a B cartridge and safety glasses.

When working with the product, do not smoke, drink or eat.

The product should be stored out of the reach of children and separate from medicines.

FIRST AID MEASURES FOR POISONING

If precautions are not taken while working with the product, side effects may appear in the form of irritation of the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes (lacrimation, hyperemia, rash, skin tingling, etc.). Inhalation poisoning with vapors of the drug is unlikely.

In case of accidental ingestion of the drug in the stomach, it is necessary to give the victim a few glasses of water to drink, then give an adsorbent (10-20 tablets of activated carbon); Do not induce vomiting, consult a doctor.

In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse them immediately with plenty of water and drip a 30% sodium sulfacyl solution.

If the product comes into contact with the skin, wash it off with soap and water.

PACKAGING

The product is packed in a transparent PET jar weighing 100g. In the transport box 24 pcs.

TRANSPORTATION

Allowed by all types of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods.

STORAGE

Store the product in a dry and cool room, at a temperature not exceeding + 25 В° РЎ and humidity not exceeding 75%. The shelf life under the storage conditions is 36 months from the date of manufacture of the product.
