PURPOSE

The composition of the soil was developed on the basis of the recommendations of professional gardeners, fully complies with the agrotechnical requirements of coniferous crops. The composition includes nutrients that contribute to the rapid rooting of the plant during planting and the further development of the root system. The peat base increases the winter hardiness of timely planted crops. The soil does not contain weed seeds and pathogenic microflora.

In addition to conifers, it can be used for the cultivation of such ornamental crops as euonymus, chubushnik, cotoneaster, rhododendrons, heathers, etc.

APPLICATION

The soil is recommended for growing all types of conifers in the open field and in container culture, as well as for keeping exotic conifers (araucaria, yew trees, cryptomeria, etc.) in winter gardens, residential and office premises. The best time for transplanting conifers is from mid-April to early May or mid-August to late September. Plants grown in containers can be replanted at any time.

Select and prepare a site for growing crops according to their growing conditions. Prepare a planting hole 1.5 times the size of the root ball of the transplanted plant. Pour drainage material (expanded clay, etc.) on the bottom of the pit with a layer of 3-5 cm. Apply fertilizer to the prepared planting pit Fasco Conifers in an amount of 200-400 g per pit (depending on the size of the seedling). Pour a 5cm thick layer of Fasco coniferous soil on top.

Thoroughly moisten the earthen lump of the transplanted plant before planting, to prevent its destruction. Place the plant on the bottom of the hole, so as to avoid burying the root collar. Gradually fill with soil For Fasco conifers, the space between the lump and the walls of the planting pit, periodically compacting the layers.

Pour an annular earthen shaft with a height of 5-10 cm along the edge of the planting pit. Plants are tall and with a great windiness of the crown, tie it to a stake or to a stretch. Water the planted plant well. Mulch the trunk circle with a layer of mulch 5-10 cm.

Be sure to shade the plant in the first period after planting. For shading plants, choose a light covering material with a minimum density. Water systematically during the growing season, preventing the soil from drying out (in stable dry and warm weather, 10-20 liters of water per plant in 7-10 days), and spray if possible. Refrain from using top dressing in the year of planting. Starting from the second year, feed the plants with fertilizers from the Fasco series.
