DESCRIPTION
Farmina (Farmina Vet Life Struvite) Vet Life diet for cats with ICD (struvite) is a dry dietary food for cats, designed to dissolve struvite uroliths. The low content of protein, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium creates unfavorable conditions for the aggregation and crystallization of sediment in the urine. DL-methionine supplementation creates and maintains urinary pH, which promotes dissolution and prevents struvite re-formation. Unfavorable conditions are created for the growth of bacteria in the bladder.
