The infusion is prepared in one of the following ways.
1 way. About 5 g (2 tablespoons) of erva of woolly grass are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter , the remaining raw materials are squeezed out.
The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Method 2. About 5 g (2 tablespoons) of erva of woolly grass is placed in a thermos, 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water is poured and infused for 1 hour. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
It is taken orally warm in 1/2 -1/4 cup 2-3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is from 10 to 30 days.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Description:
Pieces of leaves, stems, roots and parts of inflorescences, whole seeds. The color is greenish gray with green, light brown, whitish yellow and rarely white blotches. The smell is weak. The taste of the aqueous extract is bitter with a slimy sensation.

Pharmachologic effect:
An infusion of Erva woolly herb has a diuretic as well as a moderate anti-inflammatory effect. At the same time, the excretion of sodium and calcium ions and, to some extent, potassium ions was noted. When using the drug, there is also a tendency to a decrease in the content of urea in the blood serum.
Indications for use:
As part of complex therapy in adults as a diuretic for moderate edema syndrome, infectious and inflammatory diseases of the kidneys (pyelonephritis).
Contraindications:
