Description
White, round, biconvex, sugar-coated tablets.
Pharmacotherapeutic group:
digestive enzyme
Pharmacological properties
Combined drug, the action of which is due to the components that make up its composition. EnzistalЃ has a protective membrane that does not dissolve before entering the small intestine, which protects enzymes from the destructive action of gastric juice. EnzistalЃ promotes rapid and complete digestion of food, relieves symptoms resulting from digestive disorders (feeling of heaviness and fullness of the stomach, flatulence, shortness of breath due to gas in the intestines, diarrhea).
The enzymes included in pancreatin - amylase, lipase and protease - facilitate the digestion of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which contributes to their more complete absorption in the small intestine.
Hemicellulase is an enzyme that promotes the breakdown of plant fiber, which also improves digestive processes, reduces the formation of gases in the intestines.
Bile extract acts as a choleretic, promotes the emulsification of fats, increases lipase activity, improves the absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K.
