In combination with other anticancer drugs for the treatment of lung cancer, germ cell tumors, cervical cancer, bladder cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, reticulosarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma, Wilms tumor, prostate cancer.
As an immunosuppressive agent - in progressive autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, collagenoses, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, nephrotic syndrome) and to suppress the graft rejection reaction.

Endoxan is part of many chemotherapeutic treatment regimens, and therefore, when choosing a specific route of administration, a dosage regimen in each individual case, one should be guided by the data of special literature.
The most commonly used doses and regimens for adults and children:
50-100 mg / m2 daily for 2-3 weeks; 100-200 mg / m2 2 or 3 times a week for 3-4 weeks; 600-750 mg / m2 once every 2 weeks; 1500-2000 mg / m2 1 time in 3-4 weeks up to a total dose of 6-14 g. Doses of the drug should be selected depending on the indication of the antitumor effect and / or leukopenia. When using the drug in combination with other anticancer drugs, it may be necessary to reduce the dose of Endoxan and other drugs.
Before administration, the drug is dissolved in water for injection or 0.9% sodium chloride solution to a concentration of 20 mg / ml.
Inside, 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals - 1-3 mg / kg (50-200 mg) daily for 2-3 weeks.

A history of hypersensitivity to cyclophosphamide or to other excipients included in the dosage form, severe bone marrow dysfunction, cystitis, urinary retention, pregnancy and lactation, active infections.
With caution - severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, adrenalectomy, gout (history), nephrourolithiasis, bone marrow suppression, bone marrow infiltration with tumor cells, preceding radiation or chemotherapy.
