Elekasol collection 2g, No. 20

As part of complex therapy:

• diseases of the respiratory tract and ENT organs (chronic tonsillitis, acute laryngopharyngitis, acute and chronic pharyngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis);

• in dentistry (acute and recurrent aphthous stomatitis, lichen planus of the oral mucosa, periodontitis);

• in gastroenterology (chronic gastroduodenitis, enteritis, colitis, enterocolitis);

• in dermatology (microbial eczema, neurodermatitis, rosacea, acne vulgaris);

• in gynecology (nonspecific inflammatory diseases of the vagina and cervix (colpitis, cervicitis);

• in urology (chronic pyelonephritis, chronic cystitis, urethritis, chronic prostatitis).

'Elekasol' is used in the form of a freshly prepared aqueous infusion inside, externally or locally (including inhalation).
2 filter bags (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, 200 ml (1 glass) boiling water is poured, covered and infused for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the filter bags with a spoon, then they are squeezed out, the volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 with boiled water ml.
For oral administration, use 1/3 cup of infusion 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals in undiluted form.
Outwardly cold infusion of 'Elekasol' is used undiluted for lotions 1-2 times a day.
For inhalation, the infusion is used in hot (warm) undiluted form, including when performing procedures on an ultrasonic inhaler.
For rinsing, irrigation and douching, the infusion is diluted 2 times.
For microclysters, use 50 ml of undiluted warm infusion.
For diseases of the respiratory tract and LOP-organs, 'Elekasol' is used for 2-3 weeks simultaneously inside and topically in the form of rinsing and inhalations 2-5 times a day.
In dentistry, 'Elekasol' is used for 5-7 days simultaneously inside and topically in the form of rinsing, irrigation, lotions and for impregnating turunda with a warm infusion diluted 2-4 times 2-5 times a day.
In gastroenterology 'Elekasol' is used internally for 2-3 weeks. In dermatology, 'Elekasol' is used for 2-3 weeks simultaneously inside and outside in the form of lotions.
In gynecology, 'Elekasol' is used for 2-4 weeks simultaneously inside and locally 1-2 times a day in the form of douching, irrigation and lotions with warm diluted infusion.
In urology, the 'Elekasol' infusion is taken orally for 2-3 weeks, locally in the form of microclysters.

Licorice roots, Sage leaves, Eucalyptus root leaves, Marigold flowers, Grass streaks, Chamomile flowers,

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

Pharmacological action The
infusion of the collection has antimicrobial activity against staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus and some other microorganisms; has an anti-inflammatory effect and stimulates reparative processes.

Side effects
Allergic reactions.

Special instructions
For inhalations (including with the use of an ultrasonic inhaler), use only warm or hot infusion of 'Elekasol' (when using cold infusion, bronchospasm may develop!).
