DESCRIPTION

Universal ready-made red grain bait for rodent extermination, with a special attractor acting on the sense of smell of rodents. The death of rodents occurs 4-12 days from the moment of eating the bait. Efa grain has a high rodenticidal activity against:

PURPOSE

Rodenticidal agent EFA - grain is intended to combat rats and house mice in residential premises at objects of various categories (food, children's, medical, etc.), in open areas adjacent to the built-up areas of the settlement by specialists of organizations entitled to disinfect activities, as well as the population in everyday life.

COMPOSITION

Bromadiolone - 0.005%, wheat or oat groats, Rhodamine red dye, bitrex.

METHOD OF APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

Rodenticidal agent EFA - grain of 15-30 g (for mice), or 50-100 g (for rats) is placed in small containers (such as bait boxes, trays, boxes) or in special containers, as well as on thick paper substrates, polyethylene, disposable paper or plastic plates. The tool is laid out in the habitats of rats and house mice. In rooms, containers with bait are placed on the paths of movement of rodents, and primarily in corners, along walls and partitions, under furniture, near burrows.

Lay out the bait in dry places.

The distance between the places where the containers with the bait are laid out varies from 2 to 15 m, depending on the area of ​​the room, its litter size, as well as the type and number of rodents. With a high number of rodents, the bait is often laid out in small portions.

The eatability and the state of the laid out bait is controlled after the first layout after 2 days. In the future, the presence and condition of the bait is checked at intervals of 1 week. Portions of the bait are added or replaced with new ones as they are eaten or contaminated. The control and placement of the bait is stopped if it remains generally intact for a long time, which indicates the absence of rodents.

PRECAUTIONS

Trained personnel at least 18 years old who have undergone special instructions and do not suffer from blood and liver diseases are allowed to work with the product in production conditions.

All manipulations with the product should be carried out in overalls and rubber gloves, avoiding contact with the mouth, eyes and skin.

When working, you must follow the rules of personal hygiene, do not smoke, do not eat. Wash hands and face thoroughly with warm water and soap during breaks and after work.

The product in the places of its application should be stored in places inaccessible to children and pets, separately from food and fodder.

The remains of bait that is not suitable for eating should be removed at the end of the pest control. Dispose of packaging as municipal waste. Burn or bury substrates and unsuitable containers from under the bait to a depth of at least 0.5 m.

The management and personnel of the processed object should be informed about the presence of rodenticide at the object, the degree of its toxicity and the necessary precautions.

The places of application of the product should be numbered, which allows them to be controlled. The collected animal corpses and the remains of the product must be buried in the ground to a depth of at least 0.5 m (far from water bodies and water supply sources) or burned in the open air (or in a boiler room). It is forbidden to throw the remains of the bait into trash cans and bodies of water.

When processing children's, medical, food objects, it is necessary to observe the most strictly precautionary measures: lay out the bait only in rooms inaccessible to children or during periods of absence of children.

Place baits only in containers that exclude the spread of poison by animals and its ingress into food, medicines and household items.

Number the containers with the bait with the subsequent collection of the remains of the bait in order to dispose of it.

EFA agent - grain should be stored in an undamaged container with a label and the inscription 'TOXIC!' In a specially designated lockable cabinet (safe) or in warehouses for storing rodenticides.

After completing the work, wash gloves, hands, objects in contact with the bait thoroughly with warm water and soap. Decontaminate contaminated overalls by soaking in a soap-soda solution (2.5% soap, 0.5% soda ash) followed by washing.

FIRST AID MEASURES FOR POISONING

If the bait accidentally gets into the stomach of a person, poisoning is possible, the signs of which are: general weakness, nausea, headache. In the future, bleeding of the gums may appear, in severe cases - internal bleeding and hemorrhage.

FIRST AID MEASURES

Immediate removal of the victim from contact with the agent and taking urgent measures to remove the poison from the victim's body.

If the drug enters the stomach, the victim should immediately drink several glasses of water and induce vomiting by mechanical irritation of the posterior pharyngeal wall, then give activated charcoal (10-15 crushed tablets for 1 glass of water) and a saline laxative (a tablespoon of Glauber's salt in a glass of water).

If the product comes in contact with the skin, wash it thoroughly with warm water and soap.

If the product gets into the eyes, they should be rinsed with plenty of water or 2% baking soda solution.

After providing first aid, as well as in case of signs of poisoning, you should immediately consult a doctor.

Vitamin K3 (vicasol) or K1 (phyto-menadione) and preparations based on them are used as an antidote.
