For use by the population in everyday life

DESCRIPTION

Highly effective additive for self-preparation of bait. Efa-gel is a red gelatinous mass and is effective against:

gray rats

house mice

PURPOSE

The rodenticidal agent is intended for the preparation of poisoned baits and their use for the destruction of gray rats and house mice at objects of various categories, as well as in open areas adjacent to the buildings of a settlement, by specialists of organizations entitled to engage in disinfection activities and the population in everyday life.

COMPOSITION

Bromadiolone - 0.05%, gelling agent, bitrex, dye, drinking water.

METHOD OF APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

Cooking poison baits

Efa-gel is used to prepare rodenticidal baits with an active ingredient content of 0.005%.

The bait is prepared by mixing the gel with any good-quality food base in a ratio of 1:10, that is, to prepare 1 kg of the bait, 100 g of the gel should be mixed with 900 g of the food base. For palatability, various attractants are added to the bait, for example, sunflower oil (1 tablespoon per 500 g of bait).

Using poisoned baits

The ready-made bait is laid out in the habitat of gray rats or house mice.

The finished grain bait is packed in bags of 15-30 g (for mice), or 50-100 g (for rats) or placed in small containers (such as bait boxes, trays, boxes), special containers, and also laid out on substrates from thick paper, polyethylene, disposable paper or plastic plates.

In rooms, containers with bait are placed on the paths of movement of rodents and, above all, in corners, along walls and partitions, under furniture, near burrows.

The eatability and the state of the laid out bait are controlled after the first layout after 2 days. In the future, the presence and condition of the bait is checked at intervals of 1 week. The portions of the bait are supplemented or replaced with new ones as they are eaten or contaminated. The control and layout of the bait is stopped if it remains generally intact for a long time, which indicates the absence of rodents.
