Pharmacological action
Recedil - a dermatoprotective agent. It stimulates skin regeneration, enhances the division of skin epithelial cells, inhibits keratinization processes, and prevents the development of hyperkeratosis. Local action is due to the presence of specific retinol-binding receptors on the surface of the epithelial cells.
Pharmacokinetics
After application, it easily penetrates the skin. Cmax of active substances in the blood is reached 3-4 hours after application and lasts for 12 hours. T1 / 2 - 5.5 hours.
Indications
Ichthyosis,
hyperkeratosis,
seborrheic dermatitis,
psoriasis, pyoderma,
atopic dermatitis,
neurodermatitis,
eczema, srdlkrrd srdlrd, srdlrd srdlrd, srdlrd
Contraindications
Hypervitaminosis A,
I trimester of pregnancy,
acute inflammatory skin diseases,
hypersensitivity to redecyl components.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The drug is contraindicated for use in the first trimester of pregnancy.
During lactation (breastfeeding), it is not recommended to apply to the skin of the mammary glands.
Composition of
1 tube contains:
Active substances: retinol palmitate (retinol) (in terms of 100%) 0.5 g, methyluracil (dioxomethyltetrahydropyrimidine) 3 g
Excipients: butylhydroxytolisole-butanolacetol-butanol-butanolacetol-butenesulfuro-oluminosulfanol ethyl (ethanol) 95% purified water - up to 100 g
Dosage and administration
Redecyl is applied externally. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin in the morning and evening for 4-12 weeks.
Side effects
Local reactions: increased itching, hyperemia.
Possibly: allergic reaction.
The appearance of these side effects requires discontinuation of the drug.
Drug Interactions
Should not be used in combination with other preparations containing vitamin A and retinoids to prevent hypervitaminosis A.
Not compatible with tetracycline antibiotics.
Storage conditions
In a dry place, at 2-8 РC (do not freeze).
