Pharmacological action
Has anabolic activity. It has a hematopoietic, leukopoietic, immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory effect. Normalizing nucleic acid metabolism, accelerates the processes of cellular regeneration in wounds, accelerating the growth and granulation maturation of tissue and epithelization (including in the rapidly proliferating cells of the gastrointestinal mucosa), it stimulates erythro- and leukopoiesis, cellular and humoral immunity factors.
Indications
Erosive-ulcerative colitis, proctosigmoiditis, anal fissures.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children under 8 years of age.
Special instructions
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms Does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and other mechanisms.
Composition
One suppository contains: active ingredient: dioxomethyltetrahydropyrimidine (methyluracil) - 500 mg base for su pozitoriev: a hard fat (Witepsol, brand H 15, W 35, Supposir, grade NA 15, NAS 50) - to obtain a suppository weight 2.3 g
Dosage and administration
Suppositories previously released from the contour packaging, enter it deep into the anus after a cleansing enema or spontaneous release of the intestine.
Adults take 1-4 candles per day (2 candles 3-4 times a day are permissible), children 3-8 years old - 1/2 candle, children 8-15 years old - 1 candle per day.
The course of treatment is from 7 days to 4 months, depending on the nature of the disease

Storage conditions

Expiration
