As an expectorant for diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by cough (especially with difficult sputum discharge), incl. tracheitis, bronchitis, bronchopneumonia.

Is taken orally 3-4 times / day

Althea officinalis root extract, licorice root extract, sodium bicarbonate, sodium benzoate, ammonium chloride, anise oil (common anise seed oil)

• Acute glomerulonephritis;

• acute pyelonephritis;

• hypersensitivity to the components of the combined drug.

pharmachologic effect

The combined drug has an expectorant, antitussive and anti-inflammatory effect. Marshmallow root contains plant mucus (up to 35%), asparagine, betaine, pectin, starch. It has an enveloping, emollient, expectorant, anti-inflammatory effect. Licorice root, anise oil have anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects. Sodium bicarbonate shifts the pH of bronchial mucus to the alkaline side, reduces the viscosity of sputum. Helps remove mucus from the respiratory tract when coughing.

Side effect

Possibly: allergic reactions, gastritis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Application for impaired renal function

Contraindications: acute glomerulonephritis, acute pyelonephritis.

Application in children

The drug is approved for use in children and adolescents under the age of 18

With the development of an allergic reaction, the use of the drug should be discontinued.

Drug interactions

It is not recommended to take it simultaneously with antitussive drugs, as well as with drugs that reduce the formation of sputum.
