Pharmacokinetics
Since the drug is a multicomponent herbal medicine, the study of its pharmacokinetics is not possible.
Indications
Symptomatic therapy of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI), fever (up to 38 РC), headache, nasal congestion, soreness when swallowing, cough.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to the drug, sucrose / isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, pregnancy and lactation, children under 18 years of age.
Precautions: severe dysfunction of the liver, kidneys, cardiovascular system, increased blood clotting.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated.
Special instructions
Granules contain sucrose (0.43 XE in a single dose), which must be considered for patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as with a hypocaloric diet.
In case of increase in body temperature above 38 C, increased cough, wheezing in the lungs, purulent sputum, rhinorrhea with purulent discharge, tonsillitis, the drug should be stopped and consult a doctor, antibacterial therapy, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are prescribed.
Influence on the ability to drive a car and work with mechanisms
The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving a car and other vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, work of a dispatcher and operator and etc.).
Dosage and administration
Inside adults, 1 sachet packet 2-3 times a day after meals. Dissolve the contents of one sachet bag in a glass of hot water and drink slowly.
The course of treatment is 7-8 days. An increase in the duration of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
Side effects
Allergic reactions may occur with increased individual sensitivity.
Drug Interactions
The simultaneous administration of antitussive drugs and drugs that reduce the production of sputum is not recommended, as this makes it difficult to cough up liquefied sputum.
Overdose
No overdose has been reported to date.
