Structure

The nasal wash contains: crystals of ancient ocean salt (halite, carnallite), baking soda, dry rosehip extract, dry licorice extract.

- Squeeze the container gently, slowly, with minimal pressure.

In this case, the solution evenly fills the washed nasal passage and flows out through the other nostril.

If part of the solution gets into your mouth during the procedure, you must spit it out.

It is not recommended to swallow the solution.

- Without changing the position of the body and head, rinse the other half of the nose in the same way.

- Rinse the left and right sides of the nose in turn until the solution in the container runs out.

- For the final removal of the remaining solution and mucus from the nasal passages, squeeze the empty container of the device, inhale and hold your breath, close your mouth.

Place the device cover firmly on your right nostril, blocking the left nostril with your free hand.

Then unclench the container and the container will expand.

A procedure is also performed to remove residual solution and mucus from the left nostril.

The head can be raised only after the procedure is completed.
