DESCRIPTION

DM Cid is a liquid, non-foaming, medium alkaline, complex detergent and disinfectant for internal cleaning of equipment, including circulation and CIP washers, for disinfecting the surface of the shell of contaminated eggs.

ADVANTAGES

The high efficiency of the formula 'DM Sid' in harsh operating conditions is achieved due to a special composition that includes complexing, dispersing, binding additives, stabilizers and corrosion inhibitors. The presence of 46.6 g / l of active chlorine in the composition of the product allows you to exercise complete control over microorganisms.

'DM Sid' does not contain phosphates, and also prevents the deposition of hardness salts on the treated surfaces.

Working solutions 'DM Sid' are stable and have a pronounced permeability, dirt-carrying and cleaning ability.

Working solutions of the product have no effect on surfaces made of steel, iron, aluminum, brass, glass enamel, copper, rubber and plastic materials.

Cleaning the equipment with this product reduces the overall washing time and the consumption of detergents and disinfectants. The product is economical and safe to use.

COMPOSITION

Potassium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, complexing agents, corrosion inhibitors and other auxiliary components.

APPLICATION

For cleaning and disinfection of contaminated eggs at poultry processing plants and hatcheries, aqueous working solutions 'DM Sid' are used. Egg sanitization is carried out manually or on egg washing machines. Eggs with damaged shells are not sanitized. In egg washers, eggs go through several stages: preliminary ovoscopy, washing, rinsing, disinfection, and re-rinsing.

Washing of commercial eggs is carried out within 2 minutes. on a roller conveyor of the washing chamber, where the surface of the shell is wetted with 0.5% 'DM Sid' at a temperature of 38 В± 2 В° C and mechanical action of nylon brushes performing oscillatory movements. Rinsing of the shell of eggs is carried out with tap water for 10 seconds. The manual method of sanitizing the shell of eggs is carried out by immersion in a 0.5% solution of 'DM Sid' for 5 minutes, with severe contamination of the shell, the exposure is increased to 10 minutes. Then rinsed with water for 10 seconds. and put on lattice racks for 15-20 minutes. for draining.

Eggs can be stored for up to 12 days at a temperature of 0-20 В° C and a relative humidity of 85-88%.

Sanitary processing of hatching eggs in the hatchery (washing and disinfection) is carried out at a temperature of 42 В± 2 В° C, for a maximum of 5 minutes, and flushing is performed with a tap water temperature of 45 В± 2 В° C for 1-2 minutes.

The drug is recommended for disinfection in farms not free from bird flu at a dilution of 1: 200 (0.25%).
