DESCRIPTION
Dioxinor is an antibacterial drug for the treatment of piglets and poultry. In appearance, it is a transparent liquid, yellow with a greenish tint.
COMPOSITION
Norfloxacin hydrochloride, dioxidine, excipients.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Dioxidine is active against gram-negative and gram-positive pathogenic and opportunistic aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms with low sensitivity or resistance to antibiotics and other chemotherapeutic agents. Selectively inhibits DNA synthesis of microbial cells, without affecting the synthesis of RNA and 6 protein, causes structural changes in the cell wall, suppresses the activity of extracellular bacterial nuclease and a-toxin.
Norfloxacin - effective against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including Escherichia coli, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Clostridium, Bordetella, Comrulobacter, Corinebacterium, Pseudomonbas, Proteterus, spp. Spp. Mycoplasma spp.
The mechanism of action of norfloxacin is to inhibit the activity of DNA gyrase (types II and IV topoisomerase), which leads to irreversible changes in the microbial cell and its death.
INDICATIONS
For the treatment of colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, streptococcosis, mycoplasmosis and other diseases caused by the association of microorganisms sensitive to the combination of the active ingredients of the drug in piglets and poultry.
APPLICATION
The drug is used individually or in groups with water for drinking.

In the case of group use during the treatment period, piglets and birds should only take water containing Dioxinor. The medicinal solution is prepared daily in a volume calculated for consumption during the day.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
It is not allowed to use the medicinal product in laying hens and replacement chickens less than two weeks before the start of egg-laying.
SIDE EFFECTS
When using the drug in accordance with the instructions, side effects and complications are usually not observed.
With increased individual sensitivity of the animal to fluoroquinolones and the appearance of side effects (refusal to feed, vomiting, impaired coordination of movements), the use of the drug is discontinued.
Slaughter of pigs for meat is allowed no earlier than 14 days, birds - no earlier than 11 days after the last use of the drug.
STORAGE
Store in closed manufacturer's packaging, separately from food and feed, in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 5 В° C to 20 В° C. The shelf life, subject to storage conditions, is 18 months from the date of production.
