Inside (in the form of infusion), on an empty stomach, warm, 40 ml 2-3 times a day; for diseases of the upper respiratory tract - 7.5-15 ml 4-5 times a day. To prepare the infusion, 10 g (2 tablespoons) of raw materials are placed in an enamel bowl, 200 ml of hot boiled water are poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 min and filter. The remaining raw materials are squeezed out, the volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.

Description:
Separate semi-fruits (mericarps), less often whole fruits (droppings) 3-7 mm long, 1.5-4 mm wide. The mericarp is broadly elliptic, slightly convex on the dorsal side and flat on the inner side. Each mericarp has 3 filiform dorsal ribs and 2 flat pterygoid lateral ribs.
The color of the fruit is greenish-brown or brown, the ribs are yellow-brown. The smell is strong, fragrant. The taste is sweet-spicy, somewhat pungent.
Pharmacodynamics:
A herbal remedy that has an antispasmodic, carminative, antiseptic, expectorant, laxative and vasodilating effect. Regulates the motor activity of the intestines, improves appetite, increases the body's resistance to infections, stimulates lactation.

The prepared infusion is stored in a cool place for no more than 48 hours.
