Myo-inositol is involved in maintaining the physiological balance of female sex hormones.

Myo-inositol helps to normalize the level of androgens and prolactin in the blood serum and eliminate the manifestations of hyperandrogenism (increased hair growth, acne, excess body weight), including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Also, myo-inositol is involved in the regulation of the menstrual cycle, contributing to its normalization, and plays a role in the maturation of the egg in preparation for successful fertilization.

D-chiro-inositol helps to reduce testosterone levels and normalize ovulation, increasing the effect of myo-inositol.
