Diazinon Super 50ml
DESCRIPTION
Diazinon-S (Diazinon-S) is an insectoacaricidal drug for the treatment and prevention of arachno-entomoses in cattle, sheep, pigs, horses, deer and fur animals, as well as for disinsection and deacarization of livestock buildings.
COMPOSITION
Diazinon-C (Diazinon-S) as an active ingredient contains 60% diazinone (0,0-diethyl-0- (2-isopropyl-6-methylpyrimidin-4-yl) -thiophosphate) and as auxiliary components - neonol, amyl acetic acid ester and kerosene KO.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Diazinon-C is an insect-acaricidal agent of intestinal action, which is manifested in the inhibition of cholinesterase. It has a detrimental effect on sarcoptoid, argasid, ixodid, chicken ticks, bed bugs, sheep runes, lice, lice, zoophilic flies and other animal ectoparasites. Has a long (from 8 to 18 weeks) residual effect on the skin and hair and treated surfaces. Diazinon-S, according to the degree of impact on the body, belongs to highly hazardous substances (hazard class 2 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), has a local irritating and resorptive-toxic effect, is toxic to fish and bees.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Diazinon-S is used for processing animals by spraying and bathing in a floating bath, as well as for processing livestock buildings.
Sheep are bathed in floating baths, cattle, pigs, horses, deer and fur-bearing animals are sprayed using spray devices that provide fine dispersion.
For preventive purposes, animals against sarcoptic mange (scabies mites) are treated once in spring and autumn, for therapeutic purposes? twice with an interval of 10 days; with entomoses? twice with an interval of 10 days; against ixodid ticks (pasture ticks)? in the season of their parasitism according to indications, but not more often than 1 time in 10 days. The working emulsion of the insect-acaricidal agent is prepared immediately before use under the guidance of a veterinarian or veterinary paramedic and is used only on the day of its preparation. The calculation of the concentration of the working emulsion is carried out according to the active substance? diazinone. For the treatment and prevention of psoroptosis and melophagosis in sheep, 0.025% aqueous emulsion of Diazinon-C is used. Before mass processing, each batch of the drug is tested on a group of 10 - 15 animals of different fatness.
If the animals do not show signs of poisoning within two days after treatment, they begin to process the entire livestock. For the preparation of 1000 liters of 0.025% aqueous emulsion of Diazinon-C, is it poured into a floating bath? the calculated amount of water, measure 420 ml of Diazinon-C, dilute it with 2 - 3 volumes of water, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous emulsion is formed and pour it evenly over the entire length of the bath. Then water is added to the bath with a jet under pressure (for more uniform mixing) to the design level. The bath is refilled after bathing every 300 - 400 unshorn sheep or 400 - 500 sheared sheep. The amount of emulsion consumed is set on a measuring ruler. After that, measure the required amount of the drug at the rate of 840 ml per 1000 liters of water, thoroughly mix in a container with 2 - 3 volumes of water and after the formation of a homogeneous emulsion, it is evenly distributed over the entire length of the bath and mixed with a stream of added water. After 3 - 4 times replenishment of the bath or after the completion of treatments, the remaining emulsion is poured into settling wells, the bath is cleaned of dirt and washed with water.
Sheep are bathed in dry weather at an air temperature of at least 18 oРЎ. The temperature of the working emulsion when processing animals should be within 20 - 22 oРЎ. Before processing, sheep should be kept on a starvation diet for 10 hours, and 2 hours before processing, they should be watered. The duration of bathing one animal is 50-60 seconds. During the processing, the sheep are immersed twice in the working emulsion with their heads. After leaving the bath, the animals are left for 10-15 minutes on a special platform for the emulsion to drain, after which they are distilled into a pen.
For therapeutic purposes, they are treated twice: with psoroptosis with an interval of 7 to 10 days; against lice and lice, re-treatment is carried out after 14 days. It is recommended to process sheep no earlier than 14 days after shearing; lambs under 2 months of age are bathed separately from adult animals. Cattle for therapeutic purposes are treated twice: against scabies mites? with an interval of 7 - 10 days, against lice and lice? with an interval of 14 days, against ixodid ticks during the season of their parasitism according to indications, but not more often than 1 time in 10 days.
For sarcoptoidosis, entomoses and ixodid ticks, spray with 0.06% aqueous emulsion (100 ml of Diazinon-C per 100 l of water), pigs, horses and deer - 0.025% water emulsion (100 ml of Diazinon-C for 240 l of water). The consumption rate for the treatment of cattle, horses and deer is 2 - 3 liters, for pigs 0.5 - 1.0 liters per animal.
Before mass processing, each batch of the drug is tested on a small group of animals. Select 10 heads of cattle 4 lower average fatness, 4 medium fatness and 2 well-fed and bathed in a small bath. If the animals do not show signs of toxicosis during the day after bathing, they begin to process the rest of the livestock. Spraying is carried out using DUK, PER apparatus, knapsack sprayer OP-8, propellant-free cylinders of the 'Rosinka' type or other spraying devices. Farm animals are processed on special sites, which are placed on the leeward side at a distance of at least 500 meters from settlements and pasture lands, at least 200 meters from livestock holding areas and at least 2 km from sources of drinking water supply and fishery reservoirs.
Fur animals with entomoses for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes are sprayed with 0.0025% aqueous emulsion (1 ml of Diazinon-C per 24 l of water) with a consumption rate of 3 - 5 ml / kg of animal weight. The treatment is carried out in the houses through the mesh cover, directing the aerosol torch onto the skin and hair of the animal from a distance of 17 - 20 cm. To process one animal, 3 - 5 clicks on the spray head of a propellant-free balloon of the 'Rosinka' type are performed.
Disinsection and deacarification of livestock (poultry, fur-breeding) premises is carried out in the absence of people and animals. Before processing, the remnants of feed and water are preliminarily removed from the premises, eggs are collected in poultry houses, the milk equipment and milking equipment are covered with plastic wrap. The processing of poultry premises is carried out during a technological break in the absence of poultry, by the method of small-drop spraying, using a 2.5% aqueous emulsion (1 liter of Diazinon-C per 24 liters of water), with a consumption rate of 25-50 ml per 1 m 2. Spraying is carried out twice at an air temperature in the house of 15 - 20 oРЎ with an interval of 10 - 20 days, at a temperature above 20 oРЎ with an interval of 5 - 8 days. An hour after the last treatment, the room is ventilated for at least 1 hour, sanitary cleaning, feeders,
For disinsection of livestock buildings, feed kitchens, artificial insemination points and other objects of veterinary supervision against zoophilic flies, 0.06% aqueous emulsion of Diazinon-C (100 ml of Diazinon-C per 100 l of water) is used by selective spraying of insect planting sites with a consumption rate of 80 - 100 ml / m2 of surface to be treated. After 1 - 1.5 hours after treatment, the room is ventilated for at least 1 hour, sanitary cleaning is carried out, drinkers, feeders are thoroughly washed using approved detergents, after which the animals are placed in the room.
Destruction of biotopes of fly larvae (waste bins and manure storages) is carried out using 0.06% water emulsion with a consumption rate of 1-3 liters / m2 of substrate surface.
