Active ingredient: loperamide hydrochloride 2.0 mg

Excipients: polymethylsiloxane, potato starch, lactose (milk sugar), sucrose (sugar) microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide (Aerosil), aspartame, povidone (Kollidon 90), xylitol (Xylitab 300), lactitol, Mentoldon, Magnetide stearate, anise oil.

Indications

Symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea: allergic, emotional, drug, radiation genesis

with a change in the diet and the qualitative composition of food, with a violation of metabolism and absorption

as an aid for infectious diarrhea.

Stool regulation in patients with ileostomy.

Inside, chewing with water.

For adults with acute and chronic diarrhea, the initial dose is 4 mg (2 tablets), then 2 mg (1 tablet) after each act of defecation (in the case of loose stools).

The maximum daily dose is 16 mg (8 tablets).

For children over 6 years old with acute diarrhea, the initial dose is 2 mg (1 tablet), then 2 mg (1 tablet) after each act of defecation (in the case of loose stools).

The maximum daily dose is 6 mg (3 tablets).

When stool normalization or absence of stool for more than 12 hours, treatment with Diara should be discontinued.
