DESCRIPTION

Disinfectant Diadez for disinfection and pre-sterilization treatment is a transparent liquid of light green color with a characteristic odor, which mixes well with water.

COMPOSITION

Contains as active substances a complex of 2 quaternary ammonium compounds - alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (3.75%) and didecyldimethylammonium chloride (2.5%), as well as a complexing agent, perfume, dye, water. The indicator of the concentration of hydrogen ions pH of the agent is 9.81.5.

PROPERTIES

The agent has antimicrobial activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including mycobacterium tuberculosis, causative agents of nosocomial infections, anaerobic infection, especially dangerous infections - plague, cholera, tularemia, legionellosis), viruses (including adenoviruses, influenza viruses, parainfluenza and other pathogens infections, enteroviruses, rotaviruses, poliomyelitis virus, viruses of enteral, parenteral hepatitis, herpes, SARS, bird flu, swine flu, HIV, etc.), fungi of the genus Candida and Trichophyton, molds.

The product has a residual antimicrobial effect.

According to the parameters of acute toxicity, the drug belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances according to GOST 12.1.007-76 (when administered into the stomach, when applied to the skin and when inhaled with volatile components), to the 5th class of practically non-toxic substances when administered into the abdominal cavity according to classification K . K. Sidorova; the product does not have a skin resorptive and sensitizing effect; in the form of a concentrate has a weak local irritant effect on the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes.

Working solutions of the agent, with repeated applications, can cause dryness and peeling of the skin, and in the form of an aerosol in concentrations above 10% they irritate the mucous membranes of the eyes and upper respiratory tract.

MODE OF APPLICATION

Solutions of Diadez are prepared in containers of any material by mixing the agent with tap water. When preparing working solutions, one should be guided by the calculations given in Table 1.

Note: * to prepare 100 liters of solution, mix 10 liters of the product and 90 liters of water, respectively, to prepare 1000 liters of the solution - 100 liters of the product and 900 liters of water.

Diadez solutions are used to disinfect surfaces, indoor air, equipment, hard and upholstered furniture, sanitary equipment, linen, dishes (including laboratory and disposable), items for washing dishes, cleaning equipment and materials, care items for patients, personal hygiene products, toys, sports equipment, rubber and polypropylene mats, footwear, medical waste, medical devices, etc. in accordance with clause 1.9 of this instruction.

Diadez agent is used for both preventive disinfection and focal (current and final) disinfection for epidemiological indications, as well as for disinfection of medical waste. Before preventive disinfection, the surfaces of objects are cleaned and washed, incl. 0.05% solution of Diadez.

Disinfection is carried out by means of wiping, soaking, dipping
