DESCRIPTION

Desoline-F (Dezoline-F) is a means for disinfection of veterinary inspection facilities and prevention of infectious diseases of farm animals, including birds. Desoline-F in appearance is a clear colorless or light yellow liquid.

COMPOSITION

100 ml of which contains 5.0 g of benzalkonium chloride, 7.5 g of glutaraldehyde, 7.5 g of formaldehyde as active ingredients, and up to 100 ml of water as an auxiliary component.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Formalin, glutaraldehyde and benzalkonium chloride, which are part of Desolain-F, have a wide spectrum of action against pathogens of animals and poultry of the first, second and third groups of resistance: pathogenic microorganisms (brucella, clostridia, E. coli, salmonella, staphylococcus, mycobacterium tuberculosis, etc.), viruses (influenza viruses of animals and birds, Aujeszky's disease virus, Marek's disease virus, Newcastle disease virus, foot and mouth disease virus, plague viruses of all animal species, including classical and African swine fever viruses, etc.), fungi (aspergillus, candida, etc.).

According to the degree of impact on the body, Desoline-F belongs to moderately hazardous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007-76); in the recommended doses does not have a local irritant and sensitizing effect.

PURPOSE

Desoline-F is used for preventive and forced disinfection of premises for keeping animals, including birds; auxiliary objects of animal husbandry, technological equipment and equipment for caring for animals located in them; feed kitchen and feed storage rooms; equipment and premises for processing shops, stamping out shops, slaughterhouses, premises for sanitary slaughterhouses; premises and equipment for sausage shops; disinfection barriers and rugs; vehicles for transporting animals; incubators; hatchers, as well as eggs before being placed in the incubator.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

Working solutions are prepared by adding appropriate amounts of Desoline-F to drinking water.

The ratio of Desoline-F and water for the preparation of various concentrations of the solution is presented in the table.

The prepared solution should be used on the day of preparation.

Preventive disinfection of empty premises for keeping animals, incubators, hatchers, premises for storing feed and warehouses, as well as auxiliary facilities for animal husbandry, is carried out with 1% Desolain-F solution at the rate of 0.2 l / m2 at least 24 hours before the arrival of the animals and birds, or after vacating the premises.

Forced (current and final) disinfection of these objects is carried out with 2% Desolain-F solution at the rate of 0.2 l / m2 at least 24 hours before the arrival of animals, including birds, or after the premises are vacated.

With African swine fever, disinfection of premises for keeping animals, premises for storing feed and warehouses, auxiliary livestock facilities, as well as equipment, implements, feeders, drinkers is carried out with a 2% Desolain-F solution at the rate of 0.2 l / m2 at an exposure of 6 hours ...

The treatment of poultry houses in the presence of a bird is carried out by spraying a 0.4% solution of a disinfectant towards the ceiling or by aerosol treatment at a rate of 5 ml / m3 • Preventive disinfection is carried out once a week.

Metal equipment is treated by irrigation with 1% solution until the surface is completely wetted. Exposure 30 min.

Plastic equipment is treated with a 2% solution of the agent until the surface is completely wetted. Exposition 2 hours.

After the expiry of the exposure, the feeders and drinkers, as well as the places accessible to animals, must be thoroughly rinsed with water to remove the residues of Desolain-F. Removal from other surfaces is not required.

Premises for storing feed are treated with a 2% solution of the product at the rate of 0.2 l / m2. • Exposure 24 hours.

The premises of the processing shops, as well as the stamping out shops, sanitary slaughterhouses, slaughterhouses are treated with a 1.5% Desolain-F solution at a consumption rate of 0.4 l / m2, the exposure is 3 hours.

The premises and equipment of the sausage shops are treated with a 1.5% Desolain-F solution, the consumption rate is 0.3 l / m2, the exposure is 2 hours.

Before being placed in the incubator, the eggs are treated by immersion for 5 minutes in a 2% solution of a disinfectant, or by spraying until the surface is completely wetted.

Desoline-F is used by natural evaporation in hatchers for 3 days during the hatching period. To do this, fill a 20x30x10 cm tub with a 4% Desolain-F solution and place. her in the hatcher.

Disinfection barriers and mats are filled with 1% disinfectant solution, which is changed daily.

Vehicles are treated with 2% Desoline-F solution.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

The processing of premises is carried out in the absence of animals, including birds, slaughter products, raw materials, animal products and feed. Preventive disinfection of poultry houses is carried out in the presence of birds.

Treatment with Desolain-F is carried out by the wet method by means of fine-drop irrigation of the surfaces of premises and elements of technological equipment using disinfectants DUK-1, DUK-lM, AVD-1, UDP-ZM, LSD-EP or aerosol generators AG-UD-2, Tsiklon-1 , SAG-1 or SAG-10.
