DESCRIPTION

Disinfectant Dezinbak Super for the purposes of disinfection and pre-sterilization cleaning. It is a yellowish powder, readily soluble in water. Water solutions of the product are transparent, colorless and odorless.

COMPOSITION

The product contains a stabilized mixture of peroxide compound and catamine, as well as other functional additives. The active ingredient is a peroxide compound.

PROPERTIES

Dezinbak super has bactericidal (against mycobacterium tuberculosis, causative agents of legionellosis, plague and cholera), fungicidal, sporicidal (including anthrax pathogens) and virucidal activity, as well as ovocidal properties against pathogens of intestinal helminthiasis.

Working solutions of the agent do not have a fixing effect. The product is not compatible with soaps and anionic surfactants. Biodegradable product.

According to the hazard classification GOST 12.1.007-76, the Dezinbak super agent belongs to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous substances when administered into the stomach (LD50 = 790 В± 54 mg / kg) and to the 4th class of low-hazard substances when applied to the skin (LD50> 2500 mg / kg ). When inhaled in saturating concentrations, the agent belongs to low-hazard substances in terms of the degree of volatility, with parenteral administration - to class 3 of low-toxic substances. Aqueous solutions of the product with a concentration of up to 6.0% have a weak local irritant effect on the skin with single applications; with repeated applications of 6.0 - 10.0% solutions have a moderately pronounced local irritant effect. According to the effect on the mucous membranes of the eye, solutions of the agent in concentrations from 3.1% to 6.0% are classified as hazard class 3. When inhaled in the form of an aerosol, it irritates the mucous membranes of the eyes and respiratory tract. The product does not have a sensitizing and cumulative effect.

Maximum concentration limit of hydrogen peroxide (vapor + aerosol) in the air of the working area is 0.3 mg / cm3.

PURPOSE

Dezinbak Super is intended for use during: preventive, current and final disinfection of surfaces in rooms, including tiled surfaces, hard furniture, sanitary equipment, linen, dishes, patient care items, toys, cleaning material for bacterial (including tuberculosis, pathogens of legionellosis, pathogens of AOI: plague, cholera, anthrax), fungal, viral infections in medical and preventive care, children's institutions, in clinical, microbiological, laboratories, in catering, trade, communal facilities (hotels, health centers, hostels, baths, saunas, laundries, hairdressers, swimming pools, sports complexes, etc.); general cleaning in health care facilities and childcare facilities; disinfection combined with pre-sterilization cleaning of medical products, including dental instruments made of low-carbon steel, corrosion-resistant metals, rubber, glass, plastics; pre-sterilization cleaning, not combined with disinfection of medical devices, including dental instruments made of low-carbon steel, corrosion-resistant metals, rubber, glass, plastics; pre-sterilization or final cleaning of flexible and rigid endoscopes and instruments for them; disinfection of sputum against tuberculosis pathogens; disinfection of single-use medical waste; disinfection of residual amounts of biological fluids on surfaces and objects; disinfection measures in foci of plague, cholera, anthrax (disinfection of linen, dishes, medical products); disinfection of ventilation and air conditioning systems; disinfection of transport facilities (automobile, river, rail, ground and underground); disinfection (disinfestation) of soils.

MODE OF APPLICATION

Solutions of the Dezinbak Super agent are prepared in containers of any material (glass, plastic, enamelled without damaging the enamel) by mixing the agent with drinking water in accordance with the calculations given in table. 1-2.

When preparing solutions with an initial temperature of 50 В° C, an agent having a room temperature (not lower than 20 В° C) is added to water heated to a temperature of 55 В° C and stirred quickly.

Dezinbak Super solutions are used for disinfection of: indoor surfaces (floor, walls, hard furniture), including rubber mats; sanitary equipment (baths, sinks, toilets, etc.); tiled surfaces; linen (underwear, bedding, staff clothing); dining room utensils (with and without food residues); laboratory glassware; patient care items, toys; medical devices, equipment with chromium-nickel and polymer coating; medical waste in relation to bacterial or fungal microflora; sputum against tuberculosis pathogens; residual amounts of biological fluids on surfaces and objects in relation to pathogens of bacterial and fungal infections; harvesting material; internal surfaces (salons) of transport objects, including automobile, river, railway, other types of ground and underground transport; disinfection measures in foci of plague, cholera, anthrax (disinfection of linen, dishes, medical products); preventive disinfection of ventilation and air conditioning systems; for disinfection (disinfestation) of soils, as well as for: disinfection, including combined with pre-sterilization cleaning, medical devices (except for endoscopes and instruments for them) made of low-carbon steel, corrosion-resistant metals, rubber, glass, plastics, including dental instruments; pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices (except for endoscopes and instruments for them) made of low-carbon steel, corrosion-resistant metals, rubbers, glass, plastics, including dental instruments;

Disinfection with Dezinbak Super solutions is carried out by means of wiping, soaking, immersion, irrigation, and powdering the agent.

Medical waste infected with bacterial (including tuberculosis), fungal microflora is immersed in a 4.0% working solution of the agent and disinfected at 60 minutes exposure. The effective concentration of the working solution is shown in Table 4 (according to the regime for tuberculosis pathogens).

In accordance with regulatory documents for disinfection of surfaces of air ducts, ventilation and air conditioning systems by irrigation, the consumption rate of the agent solutions is 100 ml / m2.

Means Dezinbak Super, production, Russia in the form of aqueous solutions has detergent properties that allow you to combine cleaning of treated surfaces with their disinfection.

At the end of the work, the cleaning material is immersed in a 4.0% solution of the product, and after exposure for 60 minutes, rinsed under running water.

Cleaning and disinfection of medical devices is carried out in glass, enameled, plastic containers. Medical products are completely immersed in a container with a solution of the agent, filling the cavities and channels of the products with the help of auxiliary means (syringes, pipettes), while removing air bubbles. Detachable products are processed disassembled. Products with locking parts are immersed in the solution open, having previously made them several working movements for better penetration of the solution into hard-to-reach areas of the products in the area of ​​the locking part. The thickness of the mortar layer above the products must be at least 1 cm.

For disinfection, solutions can be used repeatedly until the appearance of the solution changes (turbidity, the appearance of flakes, etc.), but no longer than the shelf life.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Shelf life of the product is 12 months in unopened manufacturer's packaging at storage temperatures up to + 35 В° C. The shelf life of working solutions is 5 days.
